I am so pleased not only with my machine but with the service I received from the seller. During transit one of the handles was broken and right away the seller shipped me a new replacement. I used my Ultrasonic RF Lipo Laser a few times on my friends and myself and wow... we all saw a difference in one session and now we are addicted. It really works and is worth having and doing on yourself or others instead of spending thousands of dollars at the med spa! Save your money and invest in your own!!! The machine came in and did not work. I must admit it was a bit of a hassle on our end to communicate with surebeauty as they are out of the country. BUT - Every day I emailed, and every night they emailed back. We came to a resolution and we now have a working machine. They were on top of this to the best of their ability, and we are completely satisfied.

Excellent machine, very fast delivery, and very good communication with seller, l recommend it.

I received the package with missing items. I have been trying to reach out on the phone number provided on the site I couldn't dial it from my reg line tried with wats app and it states I need to be invited to be in touch with that number. I contacted the chat line and they never responded. I have not been able to speak with anyone and am very dissatisfied and have not been able to use the costly machine!

Great quality machine, it was better than I expected. 
I have used machines similar to this before going to a beauty salon & paying $100 for 1 session but this is going back about 10 years ago, so I would assume it cost more than that these days but I don't have to pay that much for each session anymore because I have my own machine at home, I love it so much! 

This machine helps with fine lines, increase blood circulation, improves skin complextion, helps with improving collagen, helps with melting fat using radio frequency, helps with creepy skin, helps with saggy skin & cellulite. I am also using this machine on my husband to prolong his youth. I love this machine, it has all the tools you need. 

I recommend going to sure beauty to buy your beauty products because the products there are great quality, great customer service & great pricing, I researched my machine & their sellers & pricing & I have to say you can't beat Sure Beauty!

Wonderful customer service and my product came in right on time when I needed it! They shipped it from the USA warehouse and I got it in less than four days.

Good company, fast shipping and good quality.

Received email that the product I purchased was out of stock and they would send something similar. However it was not. Requested refund. Received no follow up. Requested refund again by email. No response until dispute was made with PayPal. Tried calling telephone # and whatsup app #. No answer. Finially a week later got a message a shipment was made by fedex. I requested information as to what machine was being sent or why refund was not done. Again no response. StAy away. Buy from somewhere else, preferably in the USA.

Machine isn’t the one I ordered the manual sucks and the vacuum doesn’t do a thing besides make noise very very very disappointed

I did not receive the belt with the machine, nor did I receive instructions

I just knew my order would take a long time to get to me. When FedEx took my order off the truck, I could not believe it was here already. Phenomenal service and they stayed in constant contact with me along the way.

I received a defective machine and immediately messaged the company to let them know, i sent a video of the machine leaking water and i asked what i had to do to send it back and receive my refund. This is the response i got.
Me: “The cup doesn’t appear to be broken, do i just put it back in the original package and mail it back to get my refund? “

Sure beauty: “Hello, my friend,

if the machine is not broken,

you need to bear the return shipping cost

because you don't want the machine“

I want to like this company but their communication is awful.

So I received my package in a timely manner but when I opened it it looks like it was a return item. There are no instructions/directions and how to use this product so I’m very disappointed on the amount of money that I spent on this item and there aren’t even directions
