A really positive experience
A really positive experience, buying something nobody wants to buy! Could t get cover online so needed to speak to a sales agent, who was the friendliest and most helpful you could imagine, and they provided cover on my M sport BMW a few weeks after I bought it.

Great customer service
I changed my car and needed the policy changing over to my new car , I tried doing the change online but received a email asking to phone platinum gap to arrange the changes, I spoke to a advisor and she took care of everything on the call , the reason I could not register the change online was because my new car’s value was significantly higher than my previous car.
