Lovely Leaving gift
I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
Due to Covid I realised at very short notice I would be unable to go shopping for a leaving present and see the friend in person before their leaving date.
I researched letter box gifts and Supply Box were recommended in an article by You magazine. I thought their gifts looked thoughtful and, rather than buy a pre packed gift decided to send a quote in a frame.
I had some issues being able to buy a separate gift box and personalise it with a note so I contacted the company by email and within 2 hours Adrian has resolved my issue and manually created an order for me to check out.
The order was shipped out the next day and received the day after.
My friend was so pleased with the gift and she said it was beautifully packaged.
It was lovely to be able to send a thoughtful gift through the post and know that it was treated with the same care and attention as I would have given it if I had delivered it myself.

I can’t recommend SupplyDrop enough
I can’t recommend SupplyDrop enough! I received ‘the hug’ box from my sister as a surprise gift and it was such a lovely thing to receive. Really high quality contents including delicious tea, biscuits and sweet, as well as thoughtful things like a candle and eye serum masks. I was so pleased and touched when I received mine, I, within days of reviving mine, sent the same box to a friend who had recently been made redundant. I received a phone call from her (two days after I made my order very quick postage!) to her crying on the phone saying it was the nicest thing she’d ever been sent! I think that says it all! Can’t recommend enough!

Customer Service Review
Customer Service Review - They take things personally, in a good way. I made the mistake of putting my own address rather than a recipients address on an order. As soon as I realised I contacted supply drop who (Zoe) responded quickly and helpfully to make the change and give me some delivery options. It seemed all was sorted until the parcel turned up on my doorstep instead of the recipients, so I contacted Zoe again to say the changes she made must not have worked. Zoe had fulfilled her part to change the delivery but a systems mix up meant it hadn’t filtered through in time. These things happen, annoying, but Zoe was very sincere in empathising with my situation, and with time running out to get my delivery (a birthday present) to the recipient in time, made arrangements for a replacement to be sent out by courier - waiving the typical requirement to receive the item sent to me back first before they could resend. Hugely refreshing to see a company take ownership of the problem, cut through the “computer says no” attitude and go above and beyond to fix it, and supply drop (and Zoe) certainly did that for me - huge thanks!

I was sent an absolutely gorgeous Big Hug box and separately a New Baby box after having my little boy this summer. Both were filled with perfect treats and little gifts that made my day and were so uniquely thought through. Good site for curated gift boxes!
I was looking for a lovely gift box for my sister and I found SupplyDrop in Google. Their website was easy to use and they had nice items you could purchase separately and add to their curated gift boxes.
The customer support was very responsive! I decided to change an item I purchased about 6 hours before and used the chat feature on the site. Angeline was quick to chat and got my request sorted.
Delivery was through Royal Mail and my package was delivered 3 business days later - I ordered on a Sunday.
My sister loved it! The box was wrapped in lovely floral wrapping and the items were placed neatly in the box.
I will definitely be shopping from SupplyDrop again! Hopefully, they'll add more drinks like prosecco to their list!

I came across this amazing website while looking for some pick me up gifts for my friend who wasn’t feeling well. I love that you can personalise the gift box and there’s one for every occasion.
