Honestly could not fault my experience or the product one bit. There was a slight blip due to the courier service (that they no longer use!!! So no need to worry) and Zoe from customer services could not be more helpful, emailing back very quickly and doing everything she possibly could to help. Very reassuring throughout the whole process and i honestly cannot praise her enough. The product was not for myself, but my friend gave a really positive review for it (the birthday box). 10/10 for everything, cannot recommend supply drop enough!!!

Such and amazing idea for the times we live in.
I had an issue with my order - couriers at fault and Zoe was amazing at helping me out.
Couldn’t recommend enough.

Purchased the Big Daddy box for my daughter to give her dad on Fathers Day. Arrived today and contents are of excellent quality and packaged really attractively and professionally. Had one query about the delivery which turned out to be my misunderstanding however the customer service has been second to none. Thank you Zoe for all your help. Would definitely recommend and will definitely look to using again for other occasions.

2 personalised Pamper Boxes that looked really fabulous on opening.
I bought a couple of the pamper boxes for my wife and daughter. I needed some help with the contents and Angelina was really helpful through the online chat. I was able to personalise both boxes exactly as I wanted them. Zoe then followed up via email to make sure I was happy and to take a personalised message for each box. They were shipped on Friday and arrived on Monday. The surprise lockdown pamper boxes were received this morning with much excitement! Thank-you.
