We’ve been using the Straight-to-Sleep mattress topper from Super Sleeper Pro for about three weeks and it’s been absolutely fantastic. I honestly didn’t expect such a big improvement, but it’s completely transformed our 10-year-old mattress into something that feels brand new. It is comfortable but I have to adjust the topper which annoys me. I sleep on one side & it seems to walk across the bed.

Returning Mattress topper issues - No Support
Having issues at the moment with support area, when I send them an email asking for assistance to return Mattress topper back to them as it's not suited for me after trailing the topper. I don't have the luxury of the equipment to be able to fold the mattress back into a box like Super Sleeper Pro would have and asking customer support in this regard to help me return the item has been very poor. I get one-line sentences to my emails with not enough supportive detailed information and always from a different person. There should be one person handling this matter until it is resolved promptly in the interest of the customer satisfaction. But I get different responses to my follow up emails, from different personnel of Super Sleeper Pro support area. Therefore, at this stage the customer support I am experiencing from the Support Team is very poor and unsatisfactory.

We like the softness
We like the softness, however where we sleep goes flat. As we sleep more to the edge of the bed we're left with a mound in the middle. Also, we've nearly fallen out of be as it's hard to roll over.
I'm going to return it, along with the pillows as they are too high and make me hot.

Not entirely happy
We like the comfort. We don’t like that it hasn’t flattened out properly. Also we are noticing indentations on each side we sleep. We are rotating weekly.

Rotating it regularly is a great step, and sometimes it can take a little longer to fully adjust depending on use and the base underneath. If the issue continues, please reach out to our customer support team with your order details so we can look into it and help you further

Manufacture was good.
Didn't fit the length of the bed (too long) for bed we got it for but fits another.
Neither of us could get a good night's sleep but in fairness didn't allow a week.
Delivery was great.
