We’re really glad to hear it was very comfortable at first, but sorry to hear it hasn’t stayed that way for you. That’s definitely not what we want. Sometimes adjustment or setup can affect long-term comfort, so it may be worth checking how it’s positioned or rotating it as per the care guide.

Pillows are too noisy
Pillows are too noisy, not at all usable.
As soon as you move your head they make a crackle type noise.
Mattress topper is also very noisy when you move.

Mattress Overlay Topper Issue
Hello,
I wanted to share my experience with the mattress overlay topper I purchased over a year ago. Unfortunately, it has proven to be quite disappointing. Despite letting it sit for several days before using it, it has remained lumpy and uncomfortable throughout the year. I even rotate it every time I wash my sheets, but the lumps persist. I wish I had raised this concern sooner, but I’ve decided to get rid of it now.

I was excited to use my new marshmallow…
I was excited to use my new marshmallow bed cover , unfortunately it is too soft and I still feel all the old lumps in my old mattress. Pillows are also too highly .
