As you've posted most of the necessary information about the service we provide, then we won't have to add much more.

We will simply add a reminder that these checks are as per the information you were supplied prior to joining, and agreed to before you were allowed to join. It seems strange therefore to leave a bad review based on something you already knew about.

In terms of your account, there is nothing to fix. It has been handled as per agreed when you joined. The status of your account will be reviewed at the times stated. Assuming no issues are found then your account can be reactivated and you will be able to withdraw any funds without issue.

If no update is provided, then readers should assume at that point that an issue was found and that the account suspension was absolutely the correct course of action to take.

IN the meantime we can confirm that only a small percentage of people actually need to go through the verification process and that is usually the result of flagging our security system resulting in further checks being required. Even then, the offer verification check will take 60 days maximum, but we can and do allow accounts back if that is completed quicker.

Details of our checks are provided to you prior to joining, and you confirm you've read, understood and agree to those before being allowed to join, so it seems strange you now wish to use that as the basis for a bad review.

While we appreciate your frustration at having been flagged to complete a security check, it is a check you that you confirmed that you read, understood, & agreed to, prior to being allowed to join our site.

While we would prefer to be able to operate our site without having to use such security measures, it is an unfortunate consequence of our business that paying people for taking part in research surveys & offers, that these are required.

Every security check is there for a reason & based on our experience over the last 14 years of paying people for taking part in market research surveys & offers. The checks you agreed to are as follows:

1 - Validation of the registered name/address. A simple check that helps us to meet KYC regulations, to ensure that our payments are being sent to valid accounts registered in the correct name & prevents money laundering.

2 – A verification check on the surveys or offers credited on our site to ensure that they were completed correctly & as per the advertisers’ instructions. This helps to prevent, amongst other things, fraud, offer duplication, survey speeding & more. The process typically takes between 30 & 60 days.

These checks have allowed us to do the following:

1 - Our company has been online for over 14 years paying people for their participation in surveys & offers. All validated payments are issued to our members on average in less than 4 hours.
2 – We have paid out over $6.5 million dollars in rewards to our valued members & continue to issue several thousand dollars every day. Full details of all payments issued can be found on our site.
3 - All members who abide by the terms of our site will have no issues with getting paid. We guarantee that all payments can be sent where no issues have been found. Only where there is a serious breach of terms, for example fraud, would a payment be correctly denied.
4 - All tickets/emails receive a response in under 8 hours, but normally much less.

What you were given were simple and factual responses providing details of the status of your account. In the second response a friendly reminder to follow the instructions and not to send multiple responses to avoid any potential issues with spamming.

We would also like to point out at this time, that you have failed to mention in your review that prior to this issue you had actually been provided with the following:

- A large number of well paid surveys
- Quick and steady credits for the surveys and offers have been completed .
- Fast payouts on multiple occasions, typically no more than a few hours each time with many actually being sent instantly.

It’s a shame that you failed to provide readers all of the information over 2 years having your account. Obviously disclosing that would contradict your claims of oppression, service and 1 start rating, however it’s misldeading to withhold that information when providing a review which lacks integrity.

We challenge you therefore to be completely honest and disclose the full facts (as we have done) based on the full history of your account and provide a review consistent with the level of service you actually received and we look forward to seeing your updated review and rating score as a result.

If the full information is not disclosed and the rating updated to reflect what has actually happened and level of service the actually received, readers should question why.

If we are requesting verification of Identify, then typically a bill or similar less than 3 months old would be acceptable.

WE can confirm that you have been asked to provide valid verification documents which verify both the name and address registered on your account.

So far we have received 4 documents, none of which meet the criteria required.

Document 1 - Contained only a name and address however, rather than you holding the document as is requested for photo ID, the document was pasted over the person in the photo. As a result it was clearly unacceptable as it was presented in the wrong format.

Document 2 - contained a name, but no address. It was again a photo ID, but was not being held by the person in the photo as is required. It was unacceptable as there was no address and was not presented in the correct format.

Document 3 - It's unclear what this document was, however it clearly had an issue date of December 2022 and an expiry date of June 2023 so was not current, was out of date by over 6 months and could not be accepted. A current version of that document may have been acceptable, but certainly not one so far out of date.

Document 4 was an online invoice for a gift box and would be considered by any financial institution as unacceptable for ID purposes.

The issue here is not our policy or procedures. They are in place for a reason, as they are with any business who sends money.

The issue here is quite simply you haven't yet presented a valid document which verifies your name and address in the correct format.

We look forward to your confirmation that the above information is both factual and correct and that the only reason your account is not active is that you haven't yet provided what was requested.

While the review is inaccurate both in score and content, we are happy for it to remain as long as you take the time to ensure it is accurate and factual.

Readers should note, if it hasn't bene updated to reflect those facts, then we recommend disregarding this review due to what is simply revenge post as a result of not being able to supply a valid ID, and consider the issue that that raises.

Update
If you are having issues with obtaining a suitable document, then we can only suggest you need to look into other options. We complete these verification checks for countries worldwide, including Saudi Arabia, and many people from Saudi complete this process no problem.

Our answers were always relevant, you sent Id that was not acceptable and we asked for an alternative. The national address document you refer to is the one listed here as document 3 and expired in June 2023 so clearly was unacceptable.

Readers should not the reviewers continued failure to confirm the factual information provide as being correct as per our previous response.
