SCAM!!!!! Zahlt NICHT aus!!! NOT Paying !!!! WARNING!!!!

La plataforma paga rápido, el problema es con uno de sus socios de encuestas CPX Reserach, siempre te hacen reversiones arbitrarias y Superpay se lava las manos, no apoyan,
En mi país CPX Research se le llama rateros, hacen este tipo de fraudes para no pagar y eso es una estafa.
Ojala se pudierra bloquear en mi país, pagan casi nada y todavía te roban.
No usen esta plataforma, nada mas van a perder tiempo, ganar una porquería y a hacer corajes con estos rateros.

My experience with their old website, wasn't an issue leading up to May of 2025, before they shut down the site for maintenance. When their new website was finally ready & relaunched around October of 2025, it came with a whole lot of reversals, with no explanation. For those of you who are new to survey sites, a reversal is simply when you complete a survey, and get paid for that survey (your data & time) then next thing you know, in 1 hour to a couple of days, you will see a negative balance on your account if your balance was $0 (-1.50, -2.41 etc).

When you check your account history to seek understanding of that negative balance, it will show which survey provider (CPX, Prime, Bitlabs etc) did the reversal. Everyone's experience is different. I don't have any issues with getting paid, or getting suspended etc, like some people, because I take this seriously & don’t try to mislead them with bogus information or duplicate accounts.

My issue is basically, how can anyone feel confident in the market research industry, where a survey site will ask for your data, reward you for your data, then deduct the money back from you(reversal). What happens to the data that was acquired? Can we get our data back, I wonder?

How about start giving a reason, why you are taking back the payment from survey takers, after you already paid them for completing your survey. This doesn't look good, it's unfair to the survey taker who submitted their valuable data, and it looks fraudulent when that happens.

It wouldn't even look that bad. if they attempted to at least come up with a reason behind taking back a payment. Keep in mind that they paid someone who took that survey, collected their data, and reward that individual for completing the survey or task. Only to now pull that money out of that person account balance, with no explanation beind that deduction.

Until Superpayme can fix this issue of reversing payments without an explanation attached, there will never be trust or confidence when it comes to Superpayme, or the entire market research industry

Market research is a billion dollar industry, where the data collected, can save companies millions. Our time is also very valuable & should not be taken for granted.

I would be too embarrased to claw back a few dollars from someone, that was already paid, and worst, without a reason. If you think the data provided in a survey was bogus, at least give some reason, than just taken the money back without some kind of feedback. Why take back the money that was already paid to someone. It’s so embarrassing seeing this taking place, when the option to block someone from future participation is there.

I just created an account and made my first cashout to PayPal. While the transfer to PayPal was pending they suspended my account for absolutely no reason, and I did not receive the money. I highly recommend staying away from using them. They are nothing but a scam.

Ta strona to porażka. Zarejestrowałam się z czyjego polecenia - ktoś chwalił tę stronę, że szybko się zarabia. Niestety bardzo ciężko jest cokolwiek dostać. Ankiet dziesiątki, tylko że wyrzuca z jednej po drugiej, i tak tracisz czas na klikanie we wszystko, po czym okazuje się, że do żadnej ankiety nie pasujesz. Mnóstwo pytań kwalifikacyjnych, często po kilka razy te same, np. pytania o wiek, które pojawiają się nawet po 3 razy na początku ankiety, które robi się na darmo, bo prawie do żadnej ankiety nie da się zakwalifikować. Udało mi się zrobić chyba trzy ankiety ze spokojnie ponad 100 dostępnych, a najlepiej płatna ze zrobionych była za 50 centów. Nudziło mi się, więc spróbowałam grać w płatną grę i tu też porażka. Piszą na stronie, żeby zrobić 200 poziomów w ciągu 4 dni. Ja zrobiłam 270 w ciągu jednego dnia, a jednak naliczanie centów skończyło się na 10 poziomie i dalej nic. Próbuję dobić do pierwszej wypłaty 3$, bo po tak dużej ilości straconego czasu już mi szkoda tego co z trudem uzbierałam i usuwam konto. Szkoda czasu. Są lepsze strony z ankietami, gdzie chociaż jest ich dużo mniej, to chociaż łatwo jest się dostać.

I completed tasks honestly and requested a withdrawal . Immediately after the request, my account was suspended. I tried contacting support via email multiple times, but they only send automated replies telling me to "open a ticket," which is impossible because I am banned and cannot log in. This is a clear attempt to avoid paying out earned rewards. I have strictly followed all terms. Avoid this site if you don't want your time wasted and your money stolen.

SuperPay.Me - So Far This New And improve Site Seems Ok and pays well. No a Five star review Just yet From me is because I have to See if SuperPay.Me Got rid of There annoying Strict Ban Rules or Shadow banning of older user While favoring New accounts. now if This site allows people to take surveys peacfully with out and restrictions Then over time I would bump my 3 Stars To a 5 Star. so I am Going to Give it a year to see how smooth things go

I am very disappointed with SuperPay.me. I completed surveys and offers honestly according to their rules and earned my balance legitimately.

When I requested a withdrawal, they told me that verification could take 30–60 days, which is completely unreasonable. Users should not have to wait months after completing tasks properly.

This kind of delay feels unfair and frustrating for people who trust the platform and spend their time completing surveys. I hope SuperPay reviews my account quickly and releases my payment as soon as possible.

So I've been on here for about 3 days so far. I almost didn't sign up because of the reviews but I am glad that I did.

3 days in and I have already made over $60 doing surveys without a single issue. I get paid promptly every time. You can have multiple pending withdraws at a time unlike some other sites.

Things could change but so far this is a wonderful GPT website.

I‘ve been a long time member on superpay, and i got partially blocked after just a few days on the new site. Coincidence? The surveys got worse aswell, so beware beware, beware!
