The 5 lace holes in the web photo is because it is a picture of a size 5 shoe (this has 5 lace holes ) - larger sized shoes, size 5.5 and above have 6 lace holes. I can see on checking we have processed a full refund for you.

My pair of Superga men's shoes arrived…
My pair of Superga men's shoes arrived a few days ago and they are stylish and well made, however they are also exceptionally narrow at the front and too painful for me to wear. I have a number of other shoes all of which are a normal fit i.e. not for people with extra wide feet and are no where near as narrow as the pair I received from Superga. They are so narrow they would be more suitable fit for ladies. I will have to pay to have them stretched and hope that Superga will ensure their shoes are an average width and not as narrow as the pair I have. I have ordered many shoes over the years and it is very rare for me to have this problem. Unfortunately I will not be ordering anymore Superga shoes until this issue is addressed.

I like the shoes and have 2 other pairs before buying these. A little disappointed that the metal ring around 1 of the eyelets was missing. However quality good and service also good. Maybe the range could be refreshed a bit more with less "off the wall" designs and the day to day expanding
