Good trade in price, good choice of bikes at competitive prices. The experience was stress free, quick and professional. Would definitely use again.

So my experience with Superbike factory Crawley was not overly a great experience . I brought a BMW from them and once I collected the bike the display screen flashed up over due service, plus flat battery and a rear tire that was well out of date for use . One of the managers said the tire was good and that he sold bikes that had tires that were over 17 years old. Hmm playing god then! As a customer I would expect that my safety was important to them but surely there only instead in your money. Ok they did offer to replace the tire after 4 weeks of ownership with a cost off £100 but unfortunately I lost the bike on a bend and never made the appointment.
The bikes all fixed at my own cost and has new tires front and back also had all new breaks, and full service at my own cost . Superbike factory never responded to my Emails or did they call back so with that experience in mind I would never deal with them again .
Don’t get me wrong some of the staff there were really helpful throughout the sale process but the staff trying to play god and putting your life in there hand and not willing to put new tires on a bike they sold to you should not work there in my opinion

My initial experience of SuperBike Factory was quite good.
Booked a viewing and traveled 200 miles to view the bike i was interested in.
Was then told no test rides.
I bought the bike anyway as i had ridden one before and have dreamed of owning one since they were released.
The sale was straight forward, but then began the long wait whilst the bike was prepped for delivery.
There were vague messages that parts needed ordering and fitting and then further delays.
Chasing up on the details became a twice weekly mission, with requests for details of parts and works carried out, requests for telephone calls to update on progress, largely ignored with messages still being sent in the App.
One part required was a new front tyre. As tyres are a personal choice it would have been nice to have a choice as to what was fitted, and pay the difference to what was fitted.
It was quite a shock to find a cheap CST tyre on the bike (not matched to the Michelin Road Pilot that was on the rear)
Delivery finally happened nearly 4 weeks after viewing the bike.
I must admit i am very happy with the prep work (apart from the front tyre choice).
Delivery arrangement took 3 days once the bike had been released form prep, and delivery was trouble free.
Overall, good sales staff, Good service, poor communication with lack of details, good delivery service.

Unprofessional business with useless staff!
My son took his bike there for its first MOT. It failed. They told him they couldn’t fix it or didn’t have the parts to fix it(which can be bought on eBay!) So we had to book with another garage who did fix it. They said we had 2 weeks to book in for a free re test. We tried on multiple occasions to call with no answer, then I was told I would be called back.
When they did call to book me in they then told me that they couldn’t do a re-test as it’s past the 10 days! How is it possible to book it in within 10 days if there is nobody there to answer the phone! Plus then get the work done via another garage within that time frame too!
They should be honest from the start and tell people that they wouldn’t be able to fix the bike if it had any issues so we could have looked elsewhere. It was just a minor lightbulb change that it failed on! Avoid at all costs!

Very happy, made the purchase of my first bike very swift. Sammi-Lee was very helpful and friendly!

Hayden was relaxed, informative, and very helpful, even when I wanted the bike taken outside to listen to the exhaust note again!

Jonathan from Milton Keynes Superbike’s is one off the best customer service person I have ever had,he gave me so much time and gave me so much advice on my bike.

The young man who assisted me in making a decision as to what bike is best for me, within a certain budget is a credit to superbike factory. He went above and beyond in helping.

Order cancelled! Communication bad customer care bad overall experience was a disappointment. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Cant believe all these good reviews as my experience tells a very different story.

Ordered bike collection in 2 weeks requested service to be completed.
Spent over 1hr trying to get through the day before collection. Arrived to collect bike. Weren’t expecting us. No service done not even any oil on bike chain. Drove bike home engine management light comes on. Found out bike sold with manufacturers recall. Spoke to Honda and advised not to ride the vehicle. Another 1/2 hour to get through to be told email some photos. Then absolutely no communication from them for just under 48 hours. It’s wasn’t until after 1.5 hours on the phone trying to get through did the manager final speak to me. Transport arranged to collect bike again no communication for over 24 hours. Bike collected. Still no communication from SuperBike Bradford 48 hours after the bike was collected. And still no refund!!
