company went bust, a lot of riders lost out, can't get back the bikes they were servicing, directors sat in county piles laughing at us all.still selling bikes on line to the last moment knowing they went bust.

Bought a bike two months before they filed for the administration I went to the store in Macclesfield as I had still not received a logbook after eight weeks they said they had sent it off but after phoning the DVLA there was no records of a logbook pending so i had to do it myself also took out a 15 month extended warranty with my bike which I’m still paying for so if anything goes wrong with my bike, who do I go to now They have gone to administration. Jokes not even a email or message just fell off the edge of the Earth.

This company has applied for administration on Friday 17 July 2026
They collected my bike on Monday,13 July promised payment within 4 days, didn’t pay!!!!
Bike was then advertised for sale with Superbikes factory donnington, the same group before they entered administration.
They knew what was happening when they agreed to purchase my bike as this was 4 days before applying for administration, therefore I’ve referred to police as its fraud and theft. Ive lost £5k
I’m Not the only one!!!
Its now a fight to prove ownership

Filled me with such joy to know this place is going into Administration 🤣🤣🤣 Karma is such a b**ch , after the months of hell I went through getting sold a bike with only 1 key , trying to get the ignition replaced and then to get low balled on the sale of my bike price makes it even better

Three days after buying my bike I found a fault ( intermittent fuel pump problem causing the bike not to start and stranding me twice) I can relay on my 90 warranty though right! Oh no the company goes bust and I have to deal with this myself claiming is not going to be easy thousands effected say the administrators .

Great place to buy a motorcycle very professional and down to earth with plenty of knowledge.

I sold my motorcycle to We Buy Any Bike who are part of Superbike Factory.

The bike was collected on 13 July 2026, and I received written confirmation that I would receive the full payment within four working days.

Unfortunately, the payment deadline passed and I have still not been paid. I spoke to a member of staff on Friday who advised there were "technical issues" and said they would investigate, but I've received no further update.

Since then I've emailed, texted and repeatedly tried calling, but I've been unable to get through to anyone or obtain any meaningful response. Now I've read other news regarding the current situation it looks like the company has filed a notice of intention to appoint administrators. They owe me a substantial sum of money which I hope I wont have to fight to receive.

I'm posting this to keep others informed and will update this review if the situation is resolved.

Well I just had a close call almost part exchanged a beautiful Africa twin and something told me to check out the reviews. Good job I did because they have gone in to administration, very close call could have gone badly. Always read the reviews and take heed.

Will Never buy a bike from them as I wanted a test ride on one of the bikes only to be told I can’t. The bikes look like a spit and polished in a few Days / hours and out for sale again. I’ve been told off a few people STAY AWAY from them. One Guy said I’d NOT buy a wheelbarrow off them idiots.

Paid for a bike 2 weeks ago still not been delivered can’t get through to anyone seen that they have filed for administration don’t think I’ll see my money or the bike hope I’m wrong but not happy

I experienced a familiar scenario, constantly nagged to pay the balance on a £7k motorbike in early July. arranged to pick up from Bristol on the 18th July, received a call on 17th saying they were closed on the weekend 'to give the staff a rest', now it looks like they are going into administration from news on the web. It looks like they knew something was coming, pushed for early payment and held off delivery bikes. Not sure I'll ever see my bike or the money again.

So I have bought and sold bikes from SuperBike Factory, but recently I went to buy one and paid a £500 deposit, I heard nothing for a week, so I called and asked for an update, I was told they sell thousands of bikes, and so they were buys and delivery could be in 2–3 weeks only. I cancelled the sale and now 3/4 weeks later they still haven't returned my deposit and I keep calling, but they don't even answer, terrible company

Not received payment as promised. Having to report the bike as stolen.
