The assistant was very helpful with cancellation. Supanet have provided a good service , however the cancellation fees and insistence on returning router etc were a shock as excessive and no other supplier seems to do this . Nevertheless due to financial difficulties I had to cancel and incur extra charges oh well that’s life is guess .

I’d give zero star if that was possible. This predatory and aggressive company deliberately misleads customers into a £50 charge if they cancel within 14 days by selling them a ‘priority service’. It’s not made clear that you’ll need to pay this (6weeks worth of services) if you cancel within the cooling off period. When trying to resolve the situation staff were immediately aggressive. The whole aim is to denigrate the customer. Their complaints policy says you can contact them by phone. When you do this, and after being on hold for 50 minutes I might add, you’re told the complaint has to be made in writing. For an older person this was all extremely distressing.
All I can say is avoid this company at all costs for your own finances and sanity!

This my first experience with supanet live chat and can say that the response time was excellent and my query was dealt with speedily in a friendly way.
I have had to cancel supanet because of moving to another property who have their own internet provider.
