The immediate warmth and feeling of welcome I experienced was very inviting and appreciative. Your store is indeed an oasis of calm in the midst of a the throng of everything else around.
The quality and array of your aromas ia amazing, and the luxurious feel of the products and how they are displayed and presented is equally beautiful.
You have designed your spaces to allow customers to feel intimately close to the relaxing and uplifting effect of your product range, yet I didn't feel overwhelmed or hurried.
We haven't been to Cardiff for a while and your store was the highlight of our day.

A completely crap scent that a girl in a Cardiff store sold me, saying it was unisex. To sell it, she said it suited me. When I bought it and used it at home, I realized something was wrong. I went to the website, and it's a masculine scent, which is why I feel so bad. I absolutely hate it.

Sunnamusk has honestly impressed me. The scents feel rich and well-blended, not cheap or overpowering. They’ve got that warm, luxurious vibe and the longevity is serious — I can still smell it hours later. The staff were helpful without being pushy, and the bottles look clean and premium. For the price, it feels like you’re getting way more than you paid for. I’d definitely buy from them again.

Outstanding service, experience, and products!
I received a warm welcome and friendly conversation upon entering the store in Cardiff.
I was talked through the range of products and their complexity, and they all were fantastic to say the least!
The people serving me were Mahira and another gentleman whose name I never got, but I believe was the store manager. They couldn't have been more polite and helpful.
I would highly recommend this business if you are looking for luxury fragrances and if you are looking for a good customer experience.

Space to explore the shop. Staff wete very friendly took time to explain the different pefumes oils etc.
Although the one I lived was sold out they let me order and pay and emsiled when the perfume was in stock. Will definitely be back in the New Year to purchase more items. Thankyou

Amber rose perfume oil is sublime - as is oud. It he smalls are uplifting and last all day. They can also be used in oil burners .
