Listen to everyone complaining about…
Listen to everyone complaining about the poor customer experience. If you want to refund a sealed unopened product their return process is quite frankly a joke. They are completely breaching consumer law. Apparently you must wait for them to send you a return label which it doesn’t state anywhere in their returns policy and as a result they will reject your return. Sales might be slow but that doesn’t give you a right to decline valid returns.

Returns, exchanges and replacements are processed as soon as we receive your items. We strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when sending your item back to us. We are not able to reimburse the cost of postage paid to send the goods back to us.
There’s no mention of you providing a pre paid label it says you’ll not reimburse the cost of postage paid to send the goods back to us quite clearly indicating the opposite to providing a label. I also provided you with the tracking number - so there wasn’t a single valid reason to refuse my return and send it back to my address. Extremely poor experience and certainly wouldn’t shop from you again.

Great customer care
Great customer care, they were very patient with me as I took my time testing out all the oils.
I just wish they would let us choose our own combos in the mini packs.

A gem of a shop with purpose and passion
I recently visited the Sunnamusk Aldgate branch to find gifts for my Mother and brother — and ended up leaving with something for myself too! I was instantly drawn to Abid Ambre and couldn’t resist going back the next day to treat myself. Addictive scent!
The team there — a group of young brothers and sisters — were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They made the experience personal and enjoyable, so thank you.
What really sealed the deal for me, though, was knowing that Sunnamusk, and specifically Kazi Ashikur Rahman and brothers have publicly shown support for the Palestinian cause. I had considered buying from a big-name brand, but most of those are on the boycott list — so I made the choice to keep my money in-house and support a business that aligns with my values, thanks for your support and use your voice for the voiceless!
To the lovely staff at Aldgate: please don’t be shy to share your names and ask happy customers to leave you reviews. You deserve the recognition!
Highly recommend — for the scents, the service, and the stand they take.
