I would highly recommend anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom to visit this store, the staff so helpful and friendly Tegan was the lovely sales assistant who helped us with what we needed also to Karen who came to our home to measure and gave us some useful tips,then we had Paul the amazing fitter who came and installed our beautiful bathroom he never stopped ( we fed & watered him 🤣🤣 ) he was like a machine bless him he finished it within 3 days. To Paul and Karen hope you have an amazing holiday truly well deserved also once again Thankyou Tegan

Excellent customer service, beautiful showroom, Dawn dealt with all our queries and allowed us lots of time to discuss all options available to us, we felt the experience was very customer focused and came away very pleased with our purchase.

SOPHINA Afzal (or better known as ‘nose of the north east’) should not be be allowed to influence young women or show her face after she knowingly and proudly had an affair with a married man from Seaham and was offering him money to leave his wife, she purposely trapped him by getting pregnant knowing he didn’t want a future with her so it was done solely to break his marriage and then blackmailed him to expose him to his family. This awful class-less degraded BULLY didn’t stop there, her obsession to get claimed by this man lead her to shamelessly start BULLYING THE VICTIM (his WIFE) by attacking her by sending her awful messages BULLYING & HARASSING her, laughing at her after destroying her marriage. She also got her friend and family to attack this woman which lead for her to leave the north east & get police protection against SOPHINA AFZAL AND SHEMEEM AFZAL SK DANCE.
SOPHINA AFZAL and her mother SHEMEEM AFZAL of SK DANCE SUNDERLAND and their school should be AVOIDED for any decent families and women who want to raise decent respectable women.

Paper is corrupt they will slander and put people at risk to help cover problems coursed by neglectful people in services they are not bothered whether they print lies as long as they can get dumdums to read the dribble.

As a Sunderland resident I really want to give support to the Echo’s on line site however it’s really, really, bad. I have continued to pay my £7.99 monthly subscription but the technical difficulties are dire. The site itself is quite informative and I would like to keep enjoying its content but it keeps logging you out, won’t let you back in, woeful sign-in and many page errors. I know the paper needs advertising to stay afloat however it seems the adverts are constantly fighting with the news content and unfortunately I feel I am paying a reasonable amount of money for a load of rubbish. Sorry Echo..

No chance will I pay to subscribe to this pile of rubbish! That’s me done with it.

Too expensive for a flimsy paper and not even published in Sunderland any more. They cant even do a SAFC match report if an evening mid week kick off you wont see any report next day. Because of that I stopped buying it .

It used to be a real Newspaper. Not much in it these days except essays from local Labour MP's and Councillors. Very little real reporting anymore and they charge some of the highest prices in the North East of England if you want to put an obituary in it.

This tired local newspaper which prints very little that is newsworthy prints nothing against Sunderland council which seems to have it in its pocket. It does however print news which has already been printed in the Newcastle chronicle newspaper ( different owner ) regarding Sunderland council, so not so much a case of news but a second hand newspaper.
