I've been using Sunbasket for more than 10 years, and it's one of the few subscription services I've never once regretted signing up for.

The meal selection is excellent, with plenty of variety to keep things interesting, while also bringing back favorite meals regularly enough that I can count on seeing them at least once a month. That balance between new options and familiar favorites is something Sunbasket does really well.

The ingredient quality has consistently been reliable over the years. Produce is fresh, proteins are high quality, and recipes are well developed and easy to follow. I also feel that the pricing is fair for the value provided, especially considering the quality of the ingredients and the convenience.

What has impressed me most, though, is the customer service. On the rare occasions when I've had an issue with an order, their team has been responsive, helpful, and quick to resolve the problem. Every concern I've raised has been handled to my satisfaction.

After more than a decade as a customer, I can confidently say that Sunbasket has delivered a consistently high-quality experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a meal service that combines great food, dependable quality, and excellent customer support.

Cookies are great and market items are nice too.

Healthy, clean ingredients. Real food similar to what folks make from scratch, except it takes less effort, less time, and less shopping. I’ve tried other meal services like Blue Apron which have too much sugar and waste. Sunbasket is legit healthy, organic, and delicious.

Love Sunbasket! It's a fun way to introduce us to new recipes and ideas. Always fresh and organic. Great options for vegetarians every week! Great customer service too! Highly recommend!

Great and healthy food with options to customize protein (eg vegetarian vs non)

Meals are healthy, affordable and taste good. Sometimes the ingredients are not that fresh or spoil quickly, but Sunbasket is good about refunding for those items. I like Sunbasket better than any other food delivery service.

Love the food, the flavors, the fact you can eat healthy and organic. But hate all the plastic packaging. It really detracts from the health benefits. If there is an alternative to the plastic, please consider it. I would pay more for no or low plastic packaging of food. Thank you.

The recipes are fairly easy to follow and many of them taste good! I would love to see Sunbasket add more anti-inflammatory recipes and more breakfast/lunch options.

I’ve had a Sunbasket subscription for almost a year now and absolutely love it. The recipes are delicious and diverse.

I mostly love the recipes and quality, but every so often there will be rotten meat or greens in the boxes. And I didn’t know ahead of time I needed to report that within one week. Now I know.

Healthy and delicious. Excellent customer service

I've tried lots of meal services, and Sunbasket is the best. They have the biggest veggie portions, and the most flavorful dishes. They also use less plastic in their packaging.

However, sometimes the portions are just too small - a half head of broccoli for 2 people ?! And their meals take more work than needed. There could be a lot more one pot meals with just a few simple modifications. The meals also seen to repeat quite often. And sometimes the cold packs leak.

Lots of produce but recipes often take longer than they claim and it isn't cheaper than getting your groceries

The food is really good but I’ve had repeated issues with the packaging and delivery where the ice packs are all at the bottom so the meals at the top are warm, and then the shipping sometimes they don’t deliver mondays so it ends up being delivered very late or on Tuesday, so it is warm and ruins the meals.

Almost all organic ingredients. Interesting and healthy recipes. Great customer service.

Sunbasket has been a game changer for my family. Having weekly meals arrive at our doorstep not only takes away dinner meal planning for half the week, but it also provides left over lunches to save us money during the workday. Been a fan of them for years, and plan to continue enjoying their service.

We've been Sunbasket customers for a couple of years now. The combination of good (occasionally great) food and the *lack* of having to decide what to make for dinner has been delightful. Five or six nights a week the answer is either "grab a Sunbasket bag out of the fridge" or "Eat leftovers". For basically $100/week, I couldn't be happier.

We've loved SunBasket and have received wonderful orders from them for years! Their meals are delicious and the customer service is exemplary! Unfortunately, we've had some dietary restrictions emerge so we can't order as often as we like. We've got gluten sensitivities and because SunBasket doesn't have a dedicated gluten free kitchen, we've been limited in our orders recently.
