Perfect experience from start to finish ordering my golf r on a personal lease. Lisa and Jess were both great to deal with and answered any of my questions promptly. Will definitely get my next car through these again

The process was totally problem free, i was kept updated all the way even if the manufacturer delayed the vehicle a bit. Grace was amazing and answered my many questions with ease. The delivery was smooth and the driver was bang on time. After day 1 with my new car, im very happy 👍

I haven’t had good experience with Summit Drive.
Lack of communication and promises only. No customers caring . It took one month to do the pre inspection check. I had no idea when the car is going to be delivered, just a day before delivery date.
The worst thing was that the car was delivered without Registration number plate. The car is still on my driveway until the number plates posted to me.
This is supposed to be a professional company in leasing market. I expect to get compensation for this delay. I am paying for the lease cost but unable to use the car because of their ignorance and lack of commitment.

Summit offered a great deal. They were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them for my next car.
