Update January 11, 2025, last known spot of tracking was Dec 29th in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I have contacted the company several times about a refund on the item i have yet to receive. These people are CRIMINALS. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. Update: December 12, 2024...item has not even left SPAIN. I have contacted this SCAM company on multiple occasions asking they just refund my money. I can guess i won't see the ratchets OR my money. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.!!! I had ordered a 2 retracting ratchet set from a FB advertisement. 3 days later I received a notice that the item was being shipped from Madrid. The ad says receive by Christmas, but I've played this game before, and what is set is not what was ordered. I've told them to cancel and refund the order. I'm getting sick of these SCAM businesses working through FB

biggest scam! I ordered a solid wooden flag that was hand built by veterans 2 inches thick. It was shipped from Ireland took 4 weeks and received a 8th inch wide piece of plastic with a decale of the flag.I complained and they said that it was what I ordered. Stay away from this SCAM!!!

I bought two pens as advertised on FB and after a wait , with several updates of “in transit”, they arrived. There were no instructions on how to load the cartridges into the pen. I was extremely disappointed. Their pens showed nothing in common with the cartridge pens I tried to use as a tutorial on YouTube. Frustrating to say the least. Won’t be buying from them again.

I ordered the fountain pens for 7.99 each I ordered a pink and the red money was taken off my card and I have not received nothing it is almost the end of the month and you are still advertising but again I have received nothing

Item that arrived was not what advertised. When I asked for support was completely AI generated customer service.
They refused to refund or replace item.

Love the way it fits and plan to buy more.

Ordered a fountain pen. Never delivered and they refuse to refund or reship. After over 2 mo I had to file with my cc company on the charge. 0

The pens are great lovely to write with. They came in good time. The only niggle is I ordered two sets of cartridges, one set is fine. The other set of cartridges is useless as they are too short to reach the retractable mechanism.

Terrible service. Ordered two jumpsuits early April 2023, never received it. Asked for a refund, they do t do refunds. Asked for a re-ship, they don’t do that either. First wrote to them end of April and they said they would call the shipping company to have my order expedited. It’s the same story every time. Will get my lawyers involved if the issue doesn’t get resolved by wind of July.

Scam! Post Master found they use the same tracking number for more than one order to scam people. My order was delivered to a total different address. USPS gave me a copy of what they did. They originally stated my stuff was in Customs.

Same experience as Beth as noted in her review dated 06.06.23. Should have read this before i ordered the pen.

THIS IS SCAM TRADER AND URGE PEOPLE TO HAVE NO DEALINGS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I ordered two of the cartridge pens that were advertized on Facebook. One in blue and one in purple, and they came with extra cartridges. However, these don't come with any instructions and I couldn't figure out how to get them to work. I loaded in the cartridges and they still didn't write. Also the cheap quality of the plastic used on the pens made me regret paying so much for them. I contacted the company and their customer service kept sending me a video that was no help since it seemed to feature a different pen then the one I bought, and again, no direct instructions. When I asked for a refund, I was ignored. They are "so sorry I had this experience" and that's it. Don't buy from this company unless you are prepared to throw your money away.
