Ordered 2-25 lb bags of dwarf grass seed recieved this tiny 4x3 package of maybe 5 or 6 ounces of unmarked something total rip off. Asked for money back no response except copy of my shipping and tracking order. Garbage.

I ordered 5 - 10 bags of grass seed and received 2 - 14oz packages and they are saying that is my complete order and will not answer as to why I paid $100 and only got 2 small packages. They want to just give me $13 to make me go away. They are crooks. False advertising. BUYERS BE WARE

Bought 25lbs of grass seed and recieved and envelope with about an ounce of seeds in an unmarked bag. I paid through paypal. I contacted paypal and got a reply back from the seller who says I have to ship the seeds back within 5 days at my expense. The return shipping address is in China so the cost to return and meet a 5 day deadline is not realistic. When purchasing online there was no mention of it being international I was led to believe the company was in Florida. Huge scam, stay away from them and if you see this company listed anywhere (Harrietadk Co.Ltd) be very leary they look to be part of the scam

Ordered 50lbs of grass seed. Got a 1/2 lbs of grain. Showed proof of packaging and labels and they said they could see nothing wrong with the order.
Scam company. Stay away.

Like many others, I fell for the grass seed. My outcome is the same. Received a package less than 5 ounces. Requested a refund and they offered me "5 US Dollars". I replied to the email and they offered me 10 US dollars. I'll be more careful with future too good to be true orders. With so many complaints, there should be a way to report this business.

Ordered a 10 pound bag of Dwarf grass seed and I got some kind of seeds about 1oz. Live and learn about scams. Facebook should be ashamed of allowing scammers like this on their website. 😥

Purchased 50 lbs of grass seed, received less than a pound of a unknown substance, company refused to provide a refund. Their response was “our warehouse says they send the correct item”. Total rip off, bad customer service, do not recommend using.

DO NOT ORDER THE GRASS SEED! I ordered 50lbs and received a bag of seed smaller than a box of tissues! The company said I would have to send it back to China which would be costly and offered me 12 dollars for a product I paid $50. Complete SCAM!

The company is a scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I ordered 25lbs of grass seed, but only received 4 ounces. Customer service will not acknowledge that they made an error. DO NOT BUY HERE!

Do not order from this company as you will never receive your items ordered nor will they give you a refund.. they give you a link for tracking and the page gives you an error and then 5 months later will tell you the package was delivered in a different county than you live in and tell you to check your door camera. Again do not waste your time with this company unless you just want to throw/give your money away. I ordered back in Novemeber 2024

Be extremely careful when ordering something from this company. The will send you an invoice with shipping on it and when it hits your credit card the bill will be 25% more and the will call it sales tax. Also tried to cancel the order the following morning but they said it already shipped but I don't get a shipping confirmation until two days after that. They are liars and don't trust these people

I order the ratchet straps in November 2024 and still have not received. The tracking on my order stopped on December 25, 2024. The customer service is pathetic. I'm not even sure I am communicating with an actual person. They refuse to help me and keep telling me to be patient. It's FEBRUARY! I think I have been very patient. Just give me a refund already.

I placed an order for retractable tie down straps for my husband on Black Friday. This was to be a Christmas gift. On December 29th, I received notice the parcel was in Iowa. I live in Indiana. By 1/4/25 I still had no package. I notified the customer service department and was told another package was sent. 1/27/25 I still had no package and requested a refund. As of 36 hours later I have not heard back. I would leave a zero star, but am unable to. Basically, this is a scam company who just took my money.

Ordered the ratchet straps advertised on Facebook. They send a fake tracking number. Product never arrives. PayPal denied my claim because the company said they were delivered, they were never delivered. This company is definitely a scam do not give them your money.

Ordered Ratchet Straps on 12-5-24. It is now 1-17-25 and they still havent arrived. I have sent numerous emails to try and get my money back and they keep saying it is in transit and they apologize for the delay. Complete joke DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered ratchet straps from this company at the end of November. They promised Christmas delivery. The straps have never arrived, and their tracking number doesn't work. I have repeatedly demanded a refund, but they keep telling me that they can't give me a refund because the product is in transit. This is yet another foreign rip-off company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

SCAM!!!!!! Ordered ratchet strap in November and they have not provided updates since 12/22 and will not respond.

I ordered 2 screw driver heads to go on an electric screw driver to go into hard to reach places! I cannot find a way to contact the company to see where they are! Ordered almost a month ago and haven’t heard anything from them!
