As with a number of 1 star reviews on here, I'm disappointed that it's the terms and conditions that I was caught out by. I know if Sulfit do respond to this review it'll be that 'it clearly states in our refund policy......,' and 'already discounted items aren't subject to returns...' Blah, blah!

Well, I'm pretty sure most people would expect there would be decent returns policy that doesn't lock you in to having to spend the gift card with them, when the last thing you want to do is continue the relationship with them!

As far as I'm concerned Sulfit have got it completely wrong here and you'll continue to lose custom with this kind of sneaky returns (sorry it's all in the policy, my bad!)

I'll begrudgingly have to spend my fantastic gift card. Let's hope the items fit or I'll be in a constant doom cycle of having to continue shopping with them!! Which is probably their business model in the first place!!

Do yourself a favour, avoid and head to sites like Capo or Closure London for a decent customer experience.

I bought some jeans after finding out about this brand and the positive reviews about the fit by others who have a similar build to me. It sounded exactly what I was looking for so I purchased 1 pair. Fell in love with them, the fit and comfort and style so I have bought 1 in almost every colour to replace my wardrobe! Highly recommend the jeans if your looking for a slim fit but like more room around thighs with the comfort of the material stretch.

Customer Service is excellent too. I had a stitching defect in 1 pair which was replaced swiftly which makes me happy to shop here again and recommend to others.

Comfortable trousers, like that the ankle is tapered.
But baggy on the upp leg for me but that’s just a preference I suppose.

I've been searching for the perfect jeans for me for a while. I've found them! The Sulfit jeans are great quality, they fit perfectly, the colour is exactly the same as the photos on the site and they arrived in good packaging and on time. I went back and bought a second pair. I'll be buying other things from here in the future. Very happy!

Had my order but it was too big. I sent it back for an exchange for a smaller size and I never received it. I have sent a follow up email and have heard nothing back. Very poor

Ordered two pairs of jeans and they were too big for me, I returned them and asked for a refund and they send me a gift card instead because I used their discount code. This to me is a joke, I specifically asked for my money back and get given a gift card that can only be spent with them. Not happy at all with this company!!

Really awful, thin, hard fabric. I asked to return and they only issue gift cards. Their customer service is shocking, Laura is incredibly rude and the brand has no integrity
