I spent $50 on two giant mystery gachas and when I received my package I got two small cheap claw machine looking prizes. They were literally those round stuffies that are poorly stitched and cheap fabric like you get from cheap claw machines.

Every time I have ordered from Sugoi mart it has been an amazing experience. The level of care and customer service is 11/10, the delivery was so quick, and they really listen to you and are great at answering any queries!!
I hope to visit Japan one day but for now, until then, I am enjoying my lil treasures sent directly from Sugoi Mart, thank you!!!! 🥹🩷✨

This was my 4th purchase of a gift box from Bokksu and in spite of a lengthy delay due to customs, their offering provided layers of delights for my recipients. I am new to this company and I ordered over $200 worth of food and ceramics. I didn’t know shipping takes long and I emailed them for updates. They responded within an hour and told me what the shipping process was like. They were great with their customer service.

I ordered a product for Christmas on December 6. So far, the only shipping update I have is that on December 9 usps was awaiting the product. No further info. The company is putting the burden on me to figure out where the product is and will not cancel and refund my money. It’s Christmas Eve. This was supposed to be a present for my granddaughter. If I had an expected delivery date I could tell her when she’ll get her present. But I have nothing but a charge on my credit card with little hope of seeing anything.

I ordered items from them in November for Christmas (while they were advertising for Christmas gifts on their own site). As of December 24, the items have not even shipped from their US facilities. I feel completely misled. In response I got an AI generated sorry email. Don't bother ordering from here.

I've been ordering stuff through Sugoi Mart for years & they always deliver. In recent years there seems to have been a slight downgrade as their selection has decreased & their prices have drastically increased but overall they're still a great shopping option for Japanese goods. I've contacted customer service several times & they've been up front and helpful. I always opt for DHL shipping if it's available & I've never had an issue getting my packages quickly that way. My most recent order qualified for free shipping so of course it was not shipped DHL. I was a bit nervous but it still arrived in a timely manner and in good condition.

Customer Service was very helpful when my package took a long time to arrive. They were able to confirm that the package had shipped and they also made a plan for what to do if it didn't arrive by a certain date. I appreciate how solutions-oriented they were, and that made it much easier to deal with the uncertainty of whether or not it would arrive in time. It ended up arriving in time after all! But, having a plan for what to do if it did not was really great.

I placed my order on 11/11 and still haven't received a shipping update. I've reached out to customer service three times and just get the same AI response, no actual human ever contacts me. These items were supposed to be a gift, and now I'm not sure they'll ever arrive. This has been an awful experience, I wish customer service was helpful.

Quick response to customer support email. Quick back/forth working on resolving the issue. Best customer service interaction I have had in a long time.

Yumi provided me with exceptional customer focused support. I’d return to this business again knowing that if there were any issues with an order, their customer support team would handle it in a most professional manner.

My experience was wonderful with Bokksu!! I asked a couple of questions and almost immediately received answers from Yumi! She did an excellent job attending to my needs and I am so happy about it!

Love Sugoi mart. Their stuff is always great and I constantly shop there for anime stuff that you can't get anywhere else. Customer service actually answers emails, which is more than I can say for a lot of other companies.

I ordered a few “Snack attack lucky bags.” This line is taken from their description on their website: “From savory to sweet, there’s something for every craving—chocolates, fun candy, crunchy senbei, chips, cookies, and more!” Each bag we received had three packages of KitKats (10 pieces in each), one Red Bull, one “apple pie” (two or three bites), a few individual pieces marked “chocolate,” and a few completely unmarked and individually wrapped purple senbei. There were no chips, no cookies, and I’m not sure what the “and more” part was supposed to be because we didn’t get more. It was mostly chocolate and sweets. If I wanted the Kit Kat lucky bag, I would have ordered that one. The Kit Kats would also have been better received if they didn’t expire this month- items were shipped on 9/11/25 and they are all marked with a 10/25 expiration date. Super disappointed.
Each bag was identical- there was no variation whatsoever. We ordered six bags. Their description does warn “Ordering multiple units at once may result in duplicates…” but they should just say they will probably be identical.
We were expecting more variation within each bag as advertised on their website.

My friend said she had never received a better present in her life. The absolute pure joy i saw on her face was obvious she was telling the truth. She kept pulling out so many treats and her boyfriend in the background said DAMN I WISH I FOUND THIS FOR YOU SHE SHOWED ME UP BIG TIME! best gift ever so so happy and such quick response time on their customer service side too.. overly impressed would 100% shop here again, and plan to!

I highly recommend Bokksu, incredibly tasty & an absolute treat & delight each month. Interesting & useful info included. Great customer service & a lovely shop. I've been recieving them for years
