⭐ Extremely Disappointing Experience – Think Twice Before Ordering from Sudathi!

My experience with Sudathi has been absolutely terrible. I would strongly advise customers to think twice before placing an order with this company.

1. Extremely Delayed Delivery: My order arrived after more than 10–15 days, which is completely unacceptable for an online shopping platform.

2. Pathetic Customer Support: Their customer service is practically unreachable. Calls go unanswered, and emails receive no proper response. Once you face a problem, you are left to deal with it yourself.

3. Product Quality Does Not Match Expectations: The product delivered was not what I expected based on what was shown on their platform.

4. Extremely Frustrating Return Process: Even after submitting the required details, including the document number, no delivery agent contacted me to arrange the return pickup. After waiting for three days, I checked the return status, only to find that the return window had expired. This is an incredibly frustrating experience for a customer who has already followed the required process.

Overall Experience: Extremely Poor.

Sudathi needs to seriously improve its product quality, delivery timelines, customer support, and return and refund process. Customers should not have to waste their time repeatedly chasing a company just to return a product and get their money back.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Sudathi. The entire process has been stressful, time-consuming, and deeply disappointing. If you value your money, time, and peace of mind, please be extremely cautious before ordering.

Would I shop here again? Absolutely NOT.

Very bad service and no tracking for prepaid order. I guess its fraud company. Only money laundering business this company. Don't buy guys any product.

Worst quality sarees. They are 3rd or 4th copy of sarees with extremely poor quality. Not worth purchasing. The material shown in videos and are not the one you will receive. They are extremely bad in quality and finishing for the price you pay

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The quality of the sarees is extremely poor and not as expected. I have repeatedly contacted the company and requested a return for all the sarees, but there has been no proper response or resolution.

Despite sending multiple messages, my return request has still not been resolved, and I have not received my refund. This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable.

Based on my experience, this company feels fraudulent and untrustworthy. Customers should be cautious before placing an order. Selling poor-quality products and then ignoring customers when they request a return is extremely frustrating.

I strongly urge the company to take responsibility, respond to my complaints, and process my return and refund immediately. I would not recommend this website to anyone based on my experience.

bad quality. no exchange/return policy, no customer care service. once you paid there no return back. They are fooling people with discounts but the products are below the standered even worst then Meesho. In meesho you are getting atleast return back option here nothing can be possible.

Pathetic quality of material never buy saree online from any platform. Very bad quality of product and look and feel extremely different from the appearance from the website. After receiving the product you would not feel like wearing it. return and cancel policy is not there once you prepaid the order they don't bother to cancel even if you want to . You money is wasted for no reason.

Poor fabrics and no return policy. They just made policy with new tricks so once you buy you can not return it.

Pathetic customer care, it's been two weeks order is not dispatched yet, customer care never pick up the call and always go engaged and WhatsApp BOT give automated replies. Money is stucked. Never but aby product from SUDATI. They are big thief

Bought 2 sarees, paid and no confirmation, been like more than 24 hrs, called no response, just keep saying that will connect and then disconnect. whatsapp no response, emailed no response. Added payment charged screenshot, everything but nothing. Very bad.

Nobody picks up phone no WhatsApp reply no customer order tracking no response i think customer should stop buying from here i m moving to better service better collection of sarees

I had a very disappointing experience with Sudathi. I ordered a saree, but the quality was extremely poor and completely disappointing. The product did not meet my expectations at all. To make matters worse, I am unable to return the saree because the tracking ID shown is incorrect, making the return process difficult and frustrating.

Customers should not have to struggle to return a product that does not meet their expectations. The poor product quality and frustrating return experience have left me very dissatisfied. I request Sudathi to resolve this issue immediately, provide the correct tracking details, and arrange a return and refund. I would not recommend shopping here unless the company improves its product quality and customer service.
