It seems that I have been scammed by your company. So it's true what the Social media and Internet says about your pathetic company. Please consider my payment of ₹999.00 towards the donation to your owners. At least they will have a meal for a day. My order no. WW369842

Absolutely disappointed with this company. It has been over 10 days since I placed my order, and there is still no delivery and no proper response from their side. Payment has already been made, but there is no update, no accountability—nothing.

This feels completely unprofessional and misleading. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from here. Very poor service and a frustrating experience overall.

Poor quality control on sizing. For XXL they have sent a 40 inch chest size against a 46" !

I received the T-shirts, but the quality was very disappointing and not as expected. I requested a return as per the policy and sent an email to the address provided, however I never received any response from their team.

This lack of support is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing merchandise from them.

I am hopeful that somebody from your team will get back to me and make sure that my refund is processed. I had placed an order online on your web portal for 3 t-shirts RS 100 each (order number: WW370205).

A girl in your customer support team (number is one the website) told me that they don't have 100 rs t-shirts and the refund as been issued. However, I am still waiting for the refund money. She also gave me refund information on whatapp which is as below:

However, i was able to palce this order on your web portal which is totally incorrect to what she told me over the phone.

Please kindly take immediate action and refund my rs 300 as soon as possible. Also, your customer support team members don't know, understand or care for the customer possible and talk in very unprofessional way as if we are fools.

If you can't handle customer over the whatsapp or phone or email, then i think your million dollar investement has no value because there is no customer satisfication but rather cheating and mis information provided on your web portal and also customer support / delivery team.

Once you make payment, they don't do anything to deliver. if you call their customer care numbers no one pick up calls, they even don't reply on their WhatsApp messages. They are scammers. Do not make any order.

Ordered products a month ago but still no delivery. The shipment was returned and there is no proper update from their side. Pathetic after-sales response — there is no proper number to call, and neither their WhatsApp nor support is working.

Once they take your payment, they simply ghost you. Seems like they are just using Shark Tank and army-themed branding to gain trust, but the actual service is extremely disappointing.

Would not recommend at all.

Warrior World Order placed on 9th March, got Tracking Number last week but today is 27th March, it still says not yet dispatched.. No update from the last 18 days. No update on WhatsApp via Chat, no number to call. Then they post reels that those who place prepaid get the stuff, and a loss for those who cannot trust us.

Horrible. Do not purchase. Ordered a M size which was small. Had to ship it back with my own money. once done, the order was fullfilled after 2 weeks or return on 17th Mar and multiple follow ups. The order was to be delivered on 23rd March. Tracking on 26th Mar still shows that the parcel has been manifested and waiting for pickup at factory.

Calling them on the support number has no response, they say connect on Whatsapp and whatsapp is just standard set of response.

Another Indian vendor who came to sharktank without any expansion plans.

Absolutely disappointing experience with Warrior World. This feels less like a legit business and more like a scam. They happily accept orders and take your money, but when it comes to actually delivering the product nothing shows up.
No proper updates, no clear communication, and when you try to follow up, you’re either ignored or given vague excuses. It honestly feels like they’re cheating customers by taking advantage of trust.
If you’re thinking of ordering from here, be very careful. Based on my experience, they don’t seem reliable at all. Save your money and go somewhere that actually delivers what they promise.

I will describe this unplanned business in simple point
1. Late delivery ( Timing is everything we order things for occasions most of the time , if you cant provide it on time that it doesn't matter anymore)
2. Order 3 tshirt combo and delivered only one and showing all the 3 delivered (when i registered my complaint then they are demanding the unboxing video , my mother in law received it she is not tht much aware about your fraud and late delivery other companies dont do these kind of things)

I ordered on 7 th March 2026 and the order was paid fully, but still I didn't receive my order. When u call them automated line said we r trying our best to deliver ur order. No reply on WhatsApp, no customer care number. I think they just came on sharktank to do the scam, they r succesful. Will not recommend anyone to order from them.
