Great to deal with, even with logistics problems they faced due to shipping in Covid times. Excellent communication right up to the delivery which they didn't mind changing delivery address that day on. Highly recommend the product also.

The chair itself is utterly amazing. Very easy to assemble, secure, and with ultra comfy cushions. However, the delivery time took almost two months and required lots of follow up. This was all explained at the time but my enthusiasm for having an egg chair did wane in the interim. That said, I'm very happy with it now and don't regret the purchase, even though it was pretty expensive!

I was very impressed with the service from Suave. I ordered a swing chair (Egg) and wanted to change the delivery address to my work, as it was a surprise gift for my wife. I phoned and spoke with a very pleasant guy who assured me all would be good. A week or so later (within the stated delivery time) I received a call from another very pleasant delivery guy who had just arrived at my workplace. He helped me load it into my van, I brought it home and my wife was thrilled. I would definitely recommend Suave ! The chair and cover looks great and I assembled it in 5 minutes!

delighted with my purchase ...birthday surprise so needed it delivered by a date, at a time and to a temporary address (to keep it a suprise) Suave Homes delivered on all counts...really happy i found them!
