I have no hesitation in recommending studio 198 for their help and professionalism in purchasing upholstery fabric.I would particularly like to mention Omer who went above and beyond to assist me.

Excellent customer service. I was looking for a grasscloth wallpaper and ordered a sample, which arrived the very next day. Thank you for your help.
Ordered samples a month ago and still haven't received them. Accepted that they wouldn't have been able to despatch over Christmas but they have not had since the 5th Jan and still nothing. Have emailed them and no response.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and we’re really sorry to hear about the delay with your samples and the lack of response so far.
We completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially after allowing extra time over the Christmas period. This isn’t the level of service we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Please could you email us at info@studio198.com with your order number (and the email address used to place the order), and we’ll look into this as a priority and get it resolved for you as quickly as possible.
Thank you for your patience, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Sanderson triple loop trim.
Beautiful product as always from Sanderson. Package arrived few days after placing order. Well wrapped and in perfect condition.
Thank you.
Picked out a wool rug, and it’s like a piece of art in our living room! It feels soft, looks classy, and is the perfect statement piece without overpowering the room. I was impressed by the variety and the different textures they offered.
Their online store made it simple to find the perfect match for my color scheme. Shipping was fast, and everything arrived perfectly packed.
Studio 198 was quick to respond to my inquiries about wallpaper, and I was able to talk to a customer service rep when I called with more questions. The website was easy to navigate, and the purchase went smoothly. Delivery to the US was quick, and the wallpaper was beautiful and carefully packed.
Immaculate service. Excellent and effective communication via email. We adore our new curtains 😍 they hang well in our home in Copenhagen and fit well with the nordic design. 🥰
Great service, quick and efficient. I would highly recommend it for the future clients.
I ordered few rolls of wallpaper. Product was great, customer service was fantastic. Highly recommend!
If you're interested in beautiful fabric, wallpaper, rugs etc I'd take a look at Studio 198 Ltd. They were recommended to me by one of the high end fabric houses and I'm just ordering from them again having had such a good experience with my first order. I found them ever patient and highly efficient.
