EFX Awards Omdömen

I honestly can't thank David and the team enough for the outstanding service they provided. From start to finish, they were absolutely brilliant and when we needed a last-minute change to one of our awards, they went above and beyond to help us out.

Nothing was too much trouble and their support, responsiveness and professionalism took a huge amount of stress away at a critical moment. The trophies themselves were perfect and looked fantastic on the night.

David and the team genuinely saved the day, or rather, saved the night! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Thank you for helping make our event such a success.

We have used EFX for our Hall of Fame trophies and other trophies for many years.
Dave always provides a great service and the quality of product is great.

Fantastic company ! We have used EFX for the engraving of our sports awards for a number of years now and have been consistently impressed with the quality engraving and top class service they provide; and their proactive communication which is much appreciated. Would happily recommend.

So collaborative and professional to work with.
Massively helpful with advice as well as faultless delivery of a bespoke item

Sharron has been fantastic in supporting me in ordering a number of company awards, throughout the whole process from our initial enquiry (made back in August time), to fitting our design to delivery (November). The trophies are beautiful (both glass and sustainable wood) and fit our corporate brief (and budget!) perfectly. They were delivered perfectly on time and packaged very securely and the whole team have done a fantastic job. Sharron has been in touch with me throughout the whole process and nothing has been too much trouble.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend EFX to any organisation wanting corporate trophies in future.

Brilliant customer service and support. The awards we're exactly has described and quick service from order. Thanks Luke and EFX!

EFX has made us trophies for a while and always produce excellent pieces. Luke was very helpful and understood the brief perfectly and helped us get everything delivered on time

Luke and the team designed and delivered our AirTanker annual award glass trophies to a high standard - on time and with an excellent service ethos. Highly recommended

Every year the EFX Team support our awards, everything is always worked on promptly, delivered on time and arrive in perfect condition. Never a mistake made.

Great service and quality of product from EFX who supplied our awards trophies for a recent event. They were able to help us to redesign our trophies for a higher quality finish, and we were really pleased with the result.

Again, 5 star service and a perfect trophy for Giraffes On Tour and their upcoming 'Rescue of the Giraffes' out of RAF Brize Norton, raising money for Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children.

Superb quality product delivered to schedule and at a reasonable cost. Thanks EFX!

Thank you EFX for all of your help with ensuring that our medals and trophies were engraved and presented so beautifully. The whole team is incredibly supportive and the service provided is so professional.

It is a pleasure to work with you and special thanks to Dave, for all of his help. Thank you.

Reached out to EFX from United States to help us track down, order and receive an award product with very little information at the starting point. Our primary contact, Sharron Saunders, helped us identity the product, complete the design and ordering process, and have it shipped in time to support a key corporate event. Even though we never spoke directly, the personal touch and communication for the whole process made it seem like doing business locally. The fact the product was in UK one day and Minnesota USA the next contributes to the feeling this was a "local" transaction - even though we're an ocean and half a continent apart!

EFX have been supplying us with trophies for a number of years now and their service has been faultless every time. Friendly, informative and efficient! The trophies are high quality and always look the part.

Excellent service from Sharron who picked up the pieces after we were let down by another company. Super responsive, kept us informed right through the process and delivered the finished awards with plenty of time to spare. We had lots of very happy award winners at our event! Highly recommended.

Hi Dave,
Just wanted to send over a quick mail to say thank-you for the award trophies for our event, as always the awards were spectacular and well received by the worthy winners.

We will be in touch in the coming months to progress with next year’s order.

I have been using EFX for years to produce trophies for our awards ceremonies. The staff are always really great giving advice and the service is 10/10. I recently had to swap a logo after my print deadline had passed and Sharron could not have been more helpful.

Many thanks to Sharron for her patience and design ideas when purchasing awards for our event. We were very pleased with the quality and design of the wooden cylinder trophies and also the level of service we received. Trophies were well packaged and delivered on time.

Good service, lovely high quality awards. Good to deal with

I’ve been working with EFX for more than 10 years now and they are a fantastic company with which to do business.

They supply us with off the shelf and bespoke awards.

From the initiation stage right through to shipping every aspect of the process is dealt with professionally.

For the past number of years’ I’ve dealt with Carla who is a true professional. She ensures all projects run smoothly and any issues arising are communicated on a timely basis and solutions are always found. It’s a pleasure to deal with her.

I’m very happy to recommend EFX and have no hesitation whatsoever in giving them a deserved 5 star rating
