Sign up for "free" trial - NEVER EVER USE A SITE THAT REQUIRES YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS TO SIGN UP FOR A FREE TRIAL. Stupid mistake on my part.

Anyway, I soon noticed that I have been charge £71.86 !

I had Paid through paypal and there is a note on Paypal for Crativefabrica, stating:

"Get an immediate refund by contacting us first. Formal disputes involve lengthy bank investigations that can take weeks to resolve. If you reach out to us directly via the link below, our team can process your refund right away and skip the wait."

I contacted them via email and their response was:

"We have reviewed your account and the transaction for £71.86. Our system automatically checks for refund eligibility based on our refund policy, which includes criteria such as account usage and cancellation within a specified timeframe. Unfortunately, based on these criteria, your account does not currently meet the conditions for an automatic refund"

Just to note: I did use my account twice, two very short videos that I assumed were free having signed up for a FREE trial.

I sent another email pointing out the free trial, the CONSTANT popups offering axtra coins if you sign up NOWNOWNOW (that I did not click on), the fact I had to search the internet to even work out how to cancel my subscription on their site, the fact even then there must have been 4 or 5 pages of ARE YOU SURE ! I pointed out that I would dispute this and charge back the money vis PayPal / CC as it was clearly fraudulent.

Now they did refund me but none of this should have occurred. From the payment taken to the refusal of a refund to the design of their site making it as difficult as possible to cancel. Avoid them, there are many alternatives available.

Ir feels like a scam. Got charged without any notification all of a sudden. I do think the stuff they put there was nice but the payment process and can not cancel thingy are so shady.

BEWARE. STUDIO CREATIVEFABRICA =SCAM. Fraudulently billed US $65.87+US 4.39 - AUD $102.00 on a FREE TRIAL- received NO DATA. Had NO IDEA I had been charged until PayPAL advised. Absolute FRAUD. They need to be shut down.

Ich bin wirklich sauer über meine Erfahrung mit Creative Fabrica.

Ich wollte ein kostenloses 30-tägiges Testabo ausprobieren. Genau so wurde es für mich dargestellt: kostenlos testen, erst einmal reinschauen, ohne sofortige Zahlung.

Stattdessen wurde direkt eine Zahlung über 71,26 € ausgelöst. Für mich ist das absolut nicht in Ordnung. Ich habe keine bewusste Abozahlung autorisiert und wollte keinen kostenpflichtigen Plan abschließen. Ich wollte lediglich das kostenlose Testabo testen.

Aus meiner Sicht wurde hier mit einem kostenlosen Testabo geworben, am Ende stand aber sofort eine kostenpflichtige Abbuchung. Die tatsächlich ausgelöste Dienstleistung hatte daher für mich nichts mit dem zu tun, was ich ausgewählt habe.

Noch ärgerlicher ist, dass ich nach kurzer Recherche gesehen habe, dass ich offenbar nicht der Einzige bin. Auf Trustpilot schildern andere Nutzer sehr ähnliche Erfahrungen: kostenloses Testabo gewählt, danach unerwartete Abbuchung oder kostenpflichtiger Plan.

Für mich wirkt dieser Abschlussprozess irreführend und alles andere als kundenfreundlich. Ich fühle mich getäuscht und kann Creative Fabrica deshalb nicht empfehlen.

Mein Rat: Macht unbedingt Screenshots von jedem Schritt, bevor ihr dort ein „kostenloses“ Testabo startet. Ich persönlich werde dort nichts mehr abschließen.

Null Sterne geht leider nicht. Ich werde jetzt Strafanzeige stellen. Ich weiß nicht, ob das was bringt bei einem Unternehmen im Ausland, aber bei der Menge potenziell getäuschter User hoffentlich irgendwann schon. Auf mich wirkt die Website wie eine Betrugsmasche. Es ist tatsächlich so wie viele andere Nutzer hier schon mitgeteilt haben. Sie locken User in ein Free Trial, aber buchen dann sofort einen Jahresbetrag ab. Der liegt sogar noch um fast 50 Prozent über dem als Monatspreis von 3,99 oder manchmal auch 4,99 Euro angegebenen Preis. Sie buchen also einen Betrag ab, der der Höhe nach nirgendwo nachvollziehbar scheint. Mehrere schriftliche umgehenden Beschwerden hatten keinen Erfolg, Widerspruchsmöglichkeiten auf der Website finde ich trotz hartnäckiger Suche nicht. Nicht einmal ein Abokündigungsbutton ließ sich irgendwo auftun. Nach mühseliger Suche habe ich eine Art Geschäftsbedingungen ("subscription agreement") für das Free Trial gefunden, die auf drei Möglichkeiten hinweisen, wie das sofort kostenpflichtig werden kann: zuviele Downloads, zu hoher Coin-Verbrauch, Klicken auf irgendwelche Banner. Nichts davon habe ich gemacht, als das Geld abgebucht worden ist. Natürlich gilt auch in den Niederlanden ein Schutz für Verbraucher vor solchen versteckten Klauseln irgendwo im Nirwana einer Website: in den Niederlanden findet sich das in Art. 6:231 ff. Burgerlijk Wetboek; eine Klausel kann nach Art. 6:233 BW unwirksam sein, wenn sie den Vertragspartner unangemessen benachteiligt oder nicht ausreichend bekannt gemacht wurde. Ich werde auf jeden Fall jetzt nach der Polizei auch noch die Verbraucherzentrale einschalten. Es muss ja nicht jeder jede schlechte Erfahrung selbst machen...

I was completely ripped off by Creative Fabrica with their so-called $100 'free trial.' Their support team was utterly useless and rejected my refund request without a second thought. Even PayPal turned their back on me during the dispute. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone – it's a scam and the worst experience I've ever had! Stay far away from these crooks!

Want a free trial where the company immediately takes a years subscription when you sign up?? Then use this company.
Within 5 minutes of me signing up for a FREE TRIAL, this company took a years subscription of £71.86 and when I tried to get a refund, they accused me of clicking on some advertisement pop-up and refuse to return my money.
Like others on here, I have had to start the tiresome process of opening a case with PayPal to try and get my money returned.
This is clearly a scam to get your money and I would advise you to avoid this company at all costs.

Please watch out for this company, this is a scamming process, where they deceive you with a free offer and take your money immediately without your consent. It also gets worse, when you approach them by email then they send you an AI generated response. It is only when i made contact with PAYPAL that a human decided to response with a lot BS giving me really lame reasons not to return my money. It clearly stated a free trial, this is really unacceptable. AVOID this company at all costs, i can't believe they are allowed to trade, they rob you in broad daylight. Somebody needs to stop them, this reminds me of the fraud in the film the Beekeeper with Jason Statham. Believe me he is coming for you at some point, metaphorically speaking , and it wouldn't be funny. You better stop this criminal activity before it is too late

scam company, they stole your money during the free trial. It's full of people scammed, you can search on Reddit, Youtube and trustpilot.

The whole company is a scam. It says that you can sign up for a free trial and then they charge you right away for a full membership. They refused to credit my card back and refused to cancel my subscription. The whole web site is useless for what I do and has nothing valuable on it. Don't waste your money!!!

So just like a lot i got an accidental subscription this due to my young Son who got ahold of my Phone as I was going through their site

BUT unlike some comments on this page I sent them an e-mail explaining the situation and they got back within 10 minutes with a full refund that was on my bank account within 10 minutes aswel

Misleading cancellation practices — read before subscribing.

Creative Fabrica prominently advertises "Cancel anytime," but their account UI contains zero visible way to cancel. No button, no link, nothing. I only managed to cancel by finding a hidden URL shared by other frustrated users on forums.

The cancellation flow is loaded with dark patterns — multiple screens designed to guilt you into staying, with the actual cancel option buried at the end. At one point I accidentally ended up back on an active subscription, likely due to a deceptive UI element.

This is a textbook violation of EU consumer protection law, which requires that cancellation be as easy as signing up. For a Netherlands-based company (Creative Fabrica B.V.), this is particularly concerning.

If you're trying to cancel, search for the cancellation URL online — you won't find it through their website. And always screenshot your confirmation.

I had a really bad experience I want a refund

Scammers - Avoid! Offered free 30 day Full Access trial but immediately charged when you do anything. Even then the quality is awful and unable to download. Refused refund so off to credit card company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! (Shame unable to give zero stars).

Do not trust the "Free Trial" advertised by Creative Fabrica or STUDIO AI which are the same company. They use highly deceptive dark patterns to trick you. There is no clear refund or cancellation policy on their website, and once you log into your dashboard, they completely hide the cancellation button so you cannot opt-out manually.

Worse, the moment you sign up for the "free trial," they hit your card with an immediate charge. If you email support, their automated system will instantly send a generic denial claiming you don't qualify for a refund due to "usage" or the "timeframe of cancellation"—even if you literally signed up less than 24 hours ago.

HOW TO FORCE A REFUND:

Do not accept their automated rejection. They are banking on you giving up. Since they are headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands, they are legally bound by strict regulations.Reply to their denial email immediately, demand a human escalation, and copy/paste these points:

Challenge the "Usage" excuse: State that using a product during an advertised "free trial" is the entire purpose of a trial, and using it cannot be used as a ground to deny a refund.

Challenge the "Timeframe": Explicitly note the exact time you signed up versus the time you canceled to prove it was immediate.Cite EU Consumer Law: Remind them that hiding cancellation options and using confusing trial terms violates the EU Consumer Rights Directive on Unfair Commercial Practices (Dark Patterns).

Threaten Escalation: Tell them you will report them to the Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) and file a formal chargeback with your bank for an unauthorized transaction.Once I hit them with these specific legal protections and demanded a human review, they backed down and processed my refund within 24 hours.

You can copy paste their nonensical reply onto chat gpt and ask it to help you write an email, just dont forget to ask it to mention the european laws they are bound to.

Scam. 30 day free trial is not a free trial, they will charge you immediately.

It's a complete scam. I just wanted a 30 day free trial to test out a music making ai. It was very bad by the way. As soon as I entered my details for the trial I was charged 0.00 as per usual with trials... 2 minutes later I was charged £71.86 . Luckily I had no money on the account at the time but others would not be as fortunate. I was never notified of any charge over 0.00 and never re - entered my details. Currently I still haven't found a way to cancel the subscription. Just don't use this crap it is not worth your time. Not for the money or actual services which are shit.

This company is a scam who don't pay any attention to complaints.
I signed up for a free trial.
"Free for a month"; "Nothing more to pay"; "All Access". I clicked on this and signed up. As occurs with most timed trials, I gave PayPal account details to use after the trial ends.
I asked it to make a 15 second video. It was a good video to be fair.
A couple of hours later, my PayPal notified me that I'd been charged US$65. I figured it was a simple mistake so went to the Creative Fabrica help page and chose "request a refund". There's a notice there that assured me the easiest way to get a refund was to email them, so I did.
Within 10 minutes they'd replied that no refund would be provided.
So I disputed the charge with PayPal.
PayPal told me that Creative Fabrica declined the refund. No reason given.
I'm escalating with PayPal but the whole thing is just wrong. At no point before being charged was I informed the charge was coming: I was on a free trial.
