I initially had a disappointing experience with order #1046: the international shipment was significantly delayed, and my earlier emails went unanswered.

However, Studio Bite contacted me with a very sincere and transparent apology. They took full responsibility for the missed communication, investigated the lost shipment with Royal Mail, and issued a full refund immediately.

Mistakes and delivery problems can happen, but what matters is how a company responds. I genuinely appreciated their honesty, kindness, and willingness to resolve the situation professionally.

Based on the way they handled the issue in the end, I am happy to update my review to 5 stars.
