After careful consideration and due diligence, I am writing this on behalf of any students wishing to stay here. Room was reasonably well fitted, shower worked but drain reeks after use, stagnant water due to leveling, sink has a hairline crack in it, noted and photographed.
Kitchen was shared with 14 residents, RESIDENTS! always busy, if your unlucky to be allocated room 3, forget about getting a good night's sleep, besides the bins outside your window flies and stench is overbearing, keep window closed. The noise from stairs and the entrance door for kitchen, which is the main entrace at night, being slammed, or the workmen building postal boxes on the external wall.
Then to be billed £120 for crumbs next to the bed and for shared facilities which are of a general condtion, dust in clothes drier, never used, The overall experience was negative, landlord messages using 3 different apps, never responds to answers,. Full year 51 weeks, costs, 40 week course, don't do it, there are better options. 😉. Attitude of landlord stank.

Horrible place the whole place is cheaply made it’s a rip off for what it is never stay here the landlord comes into your room without knocking also while you sleeping half of the chairs and tables where taken aswell as the kettle that was supplied by the landlord then has the audacity to charge a lot of money when you leave for general wear and tear or for stuff over people did that confirm with him they did it
