So, bought a product from this company. It was delivered to the wrong address. They advised me it was at number 10. I advised them that my street only went up to number 5! They just told me again it was at number 10 - not helpful. They expected me to knock at strangers' doors to search for a parcel that was delivered to number 10 at an unknown street. They then got shirty when I told them that it was not my problem or my responsibility to track down missing parcels. I was told that they had issued a refund. They had not. They also told me a lots more lies. I asked them not to contact me again, but they continued to harass me. Avoid this seller they are a nightmare! Special mention to someone called Deborah who works for them - she was particularly devious and dishonest.

This company is basically a scam company. I bought pens from them off Amazon and a pack of eight as described and image showed eight. A single pen arrived at the cost of eight pens.no return address. No refund . Any reviews calling out their scam is deleted on Amazon after appearing for one day.

I was sent the wrong pencils. . I sent them back and still have not been reimbursed after 2 months of waiting.

Awful company. Don’t go near. Amazon Prime order supposedly fulfilled by these clowns didn’t arrive after 10 days . They provided a tracking number, allegedly for Rotal Mail, which was fake. Did not engage with Customer Service feedback and ignored requests for refund. They’re crooks.

I bought 12 items via eBay. Only 5 arrived and the package was deliberately slashed open with a Stanley knife when I found it.

By law the seller has to either send replacements or refund the difference and then claim losses from the delivery company (Yodel). So I contacted OMGHC who appeared to be helpful at first.

“Can you send me a picture of what you received?”

Followed by: “I will arrange to send out missing items.”

And that was it. I received nothing. Nearly one week later, Yodel told me to speak to the seller after complaining to them. So I emailed OMGHC.

I was ignored. I contacted them several more times asking them to rectify the situation and warned them that I did NOT want to leave them a negative review.

Still they ignored me.

So I processed a refund request from eBay whereby OMGHC was forced to reply. After saying they would send replacements a week ago, they now said:

“Hi there. Hope all is well. Check the tracking number yourself and you will see the item was delivered.”

In other words: “I told you I would send replacements but I had no intention of doing that. This is easier because you’ll find all I have to do is fob you off and I will get to keep your money.”

Then 2 days later, eBay closed the complaint with: ‘The seller provided you with tracking information so we’ve determined you won’t be refunded.’ So much for the so called ‘money back guarantee’.

As soon as I could, I contacted eBay again and was fortunate to speak to a very helpful and empathetic member of staff who overturned the outcome. And I finally got my refund.

OMG How Cheap: if you’d only lived up to your promise and sent replacement items like you said you would, you would have still been recompensed by Yodel and lost nothing. In turn, I would have given you a 5 star review and repeated my custom.

But you chose to be lazy, dishonest and devious. I hope it’s backfired on you because I imagine eBay would’ve docked you the money owed to me. And you now have a negative review. I hope it was worth it.

Don’t say you weren’t warned.

The worst company I have dealt with.
16 WEEKS and after saying they sent it in December 2022 with a tracking number but refused to provide carrier so I could track it. Then said it was lost so they would resent it with another stalling tactic and another tracking number with no carrier despite several emails.
Ignored, will look into it, months later now they can't find my order. Are you kidding me!! It doesn't get more incompetent, and it appears now dishonest?
They have my money.
They can't find my order so why say they have sent it, how did you get my address without an order? twice which I don't believe.
They could instantly prove when they sent it, if they sentit?
The carriers name so I could track these sent 2 items seperately sent? or not?
But they refuse.
So seems these were never sent at all in 16 weeks.
They now refuse to do anything until I the customer provide them with an order number
No responsibility

So 16 weeks on,
omghc... they have my money
I have nothing.
Here that is fraudulent.

I'm not the only one. There are at least 40 other complaint for the same reason as mine.
Based on all of this I would never recommend buying from omghc
Because when you get nothing for your money,

That's not cheap, that's blatantly dishonest
