Exceptional Service (Ask For Kelvin Lee)
This service was recommended to me by a friend and I have no regrets. Sydney's housing market is incredibly competitive, and I struggled to find anything suitable on my own. Mr. Kelvin Lee stepped in and contacted everyone necessary, making the entire process significantly easier. He found accommodations that perfectly matched my preferences and budget.
Mr. Kelvin's efforts made the process 100x easier, and to be honest, I wouldn't have been able to find housing this quickly without his help. I highly recommend this service to anyone in need of student accommodation.

Awful scammers
Awful. My booking agent was Kiara Singh. I made a booking which I then wished to cancel straight away. I was told she would process the refund (April 28th) and it would take 7-10 days… it is now May 17th and I still do not have this refund and she is ignoring every attempt at contact, and so are student.com….
SCAM!!!

I’m a student from Singapore, embarking on a 1 year study programme in London. In the search for a studio apartment, I was put in touch with Sunil, a consultant with Student.com.
Sunil was efficient, understanding, and knowledgeable. He was quick to resolve my concerns throughout the booking process, and expertly dealt with some issues that arose from technical glitches on the site.
