I would like to express my appreciation to my experience manager Dineshkarthik, who reponses to my questions fairly quickly. I could not access the vimeo on the website so he sent a youtube link to me and also introduction about different room types. This really helps a lot :)

Just got told that they can't offer me housing because I have an ESA dog with me. Pretty sure thats illegal.

Unfortunately, some of the properties listed on our platform are managed by partners whose individual pet and ESA policies can vary significantly. While we do our best to make these details clear and advocate for inclusive practices, we do not have control over the policies set by the property providers.
That said, we’re here to support you. If you’d like, we can work with you to identify listings that are more flexible with ESA policies or suggest other housing options that may better meet your needs.

Arrived in Paris June 2025 to find my course accomodation unavailable and I had one night to make new arrangements or be homeless ( I had travelled from Australia via USA and London a 36hr journey) I found Student.com and was so relieved that they had real and well trained people allocated to help students - here I emet Suzy and had every questioned answered and every solution investigated so quickly and professionally that within 12 hours I had a clear bookable apartment at a great rate and the location I needed. The other sites I explored either had AI bot supporting self service ( which may be fine if you’re booking months ahead - not an option for my situation ! Other sites invited me to call advisors the following day or did not return my calls / messages - Student.com and Suzy in particular made all the difference to my entire trip and I will only use them in the future ! Suzy was capable, professional, all trained, did not leave me hanging nor make false promises which built my trust immediately. Recommend HIGHLY to all.
