Student Cribs Omdömen

Dale is so sweet and very professional. He fixed our leak and was very helpful

We’ve been staying in our Manchester property for two years now and the maintenance team have been amazing! Mike P has always been so kind and friendly, helping us out with any issues we have on the property as soon as possible. Can’t thank him enough for how much of a great guy he’s been to have around!!

Really poor maintenance team and customer service. No oven for 12 days and now installed so dishwasher cannot be accessed. Fire alarm system not fit for purpose and going off throughout the night. Avoid. Avoid. Profiteering from students just trying to live their lives!

To be honest I enjoyed my staying in Cribs. They are fast in attending to issues. No stress at all. Infact I was given a huge referral bonus.

I had a positive experience with Student Cribs. The property was well-maintained, and the team was responsive and helpful whenever issues arose. The renting process was straightforward, and communication was generally clear throughout my tenancy. Overall, a good option for student accommodation in Stoke-on-Trent.

Mike and John are amazing at helping with our student house in liverpool. They made sure issues could be fixed quickly and also would look for other things they could sort or get for us when they visited. Lovely people too.

Very lovely house. The maintenance lads were great too. Always helping out when we needed it.

The maintenance man, Gavin Coles was always very friendly and helpful whenever we saw him. And the houses are all spacious with a big enough kitchen for all 7 people to fit comfortably.

I was locked out of my room and Steve came promptly and helped me out massively! He was so lovely

James been great throughout our year in the house, much appreciate all the help 👍

Our house has had quite a few faults this year but Mike Porter has always been there to save us! He has always ensured that the jobs are done and we are really grateful for his help. Thank you :)

Mike and John were amazing and very kind, helped us with everything with good chat and were very efficient. Couldn’t have asked for better maintenance!

We had Mike and John for our house this year and they were so lovely! They were so kind and funny and always really chatty. Couldn’t have asked for anyone better and will miss having them next year!

Had a couple minor issues but Mike H and John B were fantastic and helped us sort them as soon as possible and looked after us many thanks to the pair of them from Joe

Mike Porter came round and fixed our washing machine and was really friendly and helpful and fixed it.

Cannot recommend them enough!! Amazing apartment safe and close to uni and great maintenance team !! Specially Mike H and John
Asked to have another sofa and they got me a brand new one !!
Really one of the best accommodations in Liverpool

Mike Porter is our main maintenance guy, he is very helpful when we have issues and really lovely and friendly towards us. He is good at his job

Great service

highly recommend using student cribs, was all very well run. A big thank you to mike and john who made our experience very memorable and easy going. Coming in and sorting out everything we needed doing.

John was very communicative and helpful alongside Mike who was incredibly supportive and always came in with a smile to fix any problems we had.
