This is my third pair of Stryda. Obviously they do the job and help my feet. I had orthotics made by a podiatrist which I only wear with sneakers but the Stryda slim fit are better for my Frankie 4 shoes.

I bought my first pair nearly three years ago, there were a little short, but great anyway.
I bought my second pair, correct size this time, I walk every day & you can feel the natural support. I don't suffer burning feet like I used to.
I also ordered my son two pairs & he commented how great they feel.

Quick friendly response and the inner soles have been fabulous in relieving my plantar fasciitis pain.

Love these inner soles!. Have helped to relieve my foot pain within a week and I am back walking the beach each morning. Thank you!

I received my STRYDA insoles today and I already feel less pain. I've been hobbling in pain for so long now (2 years) - I have tried everything possible, and spent many dollars, including bone spur and planter facsia release surgery in February. I'm very hopeful that these insoles will enable me to walk with less pain. The service I have received has been outstanding - highly recommend this product.

The sole itself is good. Definitely helps with day to day pain whilst walking however not so good with running. Feet were quite red as it can be like cement. The biggest issue is the customer service very quick to take payment. The large is currently out of stock (still says in stock online) and getting a refund back takes forever. The team almost never reply to emails once the sale is made. I had made a couple of purchases and requires about 10 follow ups

I tried to contact via Facebook on the 19th of March to see if I could get a reply but never received a reply so not sure if is being monitored. In addition you say stock levels have been mostly resolved now I was told it was 2-3 months.

I purchased the Stryda slim innersoles for my wife because she has Plantar Fasciitis and has always complained about sore feet during and after work. She has purchased many branded orthotic innersoles over the years with not much success. I can honestly say that since she has been wearing the Stryda slim innersoles she is now pain free.

I bought my first stryda last year to give it a go.I have been suffering with my plantar fasciitis for years and I have try pretty much a lot of onsole,massage and shoes to help my feet but unsuccessfull. I cpme across stryda from scrolling to social media so I said" I'll try this and see how it goes". since I started using it until now my plantar fasciitis dissappeared anx I have bedn walking normal without aching and limping from pain.Just 2 weeks ago, I bought my second pair.

This is my second pair of Strydas. They really are remarkable. I have plantar fasciitis in my left foot which is really painful. I wear Strydas every day now (they took a bit of getting used to - an hour, then two, then three etc). I had very expensive orthotics that I didn’t want to replace because of the price (and they were no longer helping the PF) so I tried Strydas and I’m so pleased I did! They make a huge difference. They actually work! Highly recommend. 5 stars.

Changed my life in a day, Amazing product. No more arch & heel pain and can walk comfortably again in safety boots 5-6 days a week 12 hours a day.

Efficient and prompt delivery . Nicely packaged.Not wide enough across footbed which was surprising given the information. I think the cork is too thin as I can feel sharp stones through my shoes.

My first day with them today and they are absolutely amazing! I have had comfort issues for years and spent a fortune on various insoles, all with no success. I finally went to a podiatrist who had custom orthotics made for $1,100. I can’t wear them long as my feet get too hot and uncomfortable due to the man made materials. I saw Stryda on line and tried a pair out of the blue. Eight hours in this is the best I’ve felt in years. I stand all day and feel perfect. I’m amazed and will be buying more pairs. I am just a normal person and this is a legit review. Can’t believe how great these are.

Super fast delivery. And the product is great I put the insoles in my shoes as soon as I got them I followed your advice about only wearing them for an hour at first etc after a week the pain from plantar faciaitis has improved to the point that I’m still in pain but it’s bearable after only 1 week. Well done Stryder.

I love wearing my insoles! I have worn custom made ones before but they are soo expensive and cannot get them to fit all shoes. I bought the thinner version and they just slid in. I followed the instructions of increasing the time I worn them each day, by day 3 I was wearing them all the time and did not feel uncomfortable. I still don’t know if they are equivalent to custom made, time will tell, but so far they are great! I am considering buying the wider version for my runners.

Great product, great price, so good I had to order more for my husbands other shoes. Also great follow up after each puchase, I have recommended them to other friends. Would purchase again. Happy husband....Happy house.

It is early days (one week since I started) however I am noticing an improvement in pain level of my right foot. I am encouraged to keep increasing the amount of time I use the inserts each day.

I originally purchased a pair of shoes and had some problems. Thien (company owner) personally resolved the issue and I couldn't be happier with my replacement shoes.

I bought the Stryda insoles about a month ago! It took me 3 to 4 weeks for my feet to settle into them. My work requires me to be on my feet all day & alot of the time im standing on concrete so by the end of the day my feet & legs would be killing me! But now im no longer in pain & i have now ordered the shoes & cant wait to wear them as i have bunions & i find most shoes are not made wide enough to accomodate my bunions! Also i cant recommend Thien, the owner, highly enough. He personally answers any questions you have which is brillant... Anne

My second instalment of the insoles. Perfect comfort and stability. I bought my adult son a pair as well. He works a very physical job as a plumber and has a new lease on life, experiencing less to minimal plantar pain. Thank you Thien for your personal communications as usual, in my first purchase experience and a year later with my second.
