Hi Rhiannon,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback however we are sorry to hear you’re disappointed with your boots. We take pride in crafting purpose-built safety footwear using quality certified materials - boots designed to support and protect women at work.
That said, like all footwear products, proper care is essential to maintain their durability, especially in wet environments. We’re very transparent on our website, post purchase emails and cards about the damage that excessive water exposure can cause to footwear, including adhesives, leather and soles. We are also very clear that our footwear is NOT waterproof - they are tested and certified to water resistant standards but have not been designed or produced to be a waterproof boot. From your photos and claim details, it was clear the boots had sustained significant water damage, which unfortunately voids warranty under our policy, consistent with industry standards.
We receive warranty claims on less than 1% of our products and take every single one seriously. When there’s a manufacturing fault, we don’t hesitate to make it right. In this case, our team followed policy and assessed your claim thoroughly and respectfully.
We also want to clarify that the boots in question were purchased for $191.30, not $300 as stated.
We’re proud of the quality, performance and certification standards our footwear meets - and we stand by the integrity of both our product and our process. We’ll link our care information below (which is provided at multiple points throughout the purchase journey), as we genuinely want every customer to get the best life out of their footwear.
