Simple, and worth it! My husband and I didn’t want to pack our stroller. So my friend had suggested using strollerfy. So reasonable and helpful for sure.

The process was quick. I placed the reservation on my phone while we drove down and picked it up at the resort the next day. It was much cheaper than other rental services.

Strollers were delivered on time at the hotel lobby, both worked well and in good condition. Dropoff was easy as well, left at lobby for pickup. Timely service with no issues.

My family and I rented a scooter and stroller for a week from stroller Orlando (now strollerfly) but I wouldn't recommend to my friends, family or clients. The battery of the scooter didn't hold a long charge especially for a full day in the parks. The stroller wasn't easy to maneuver - it was hard making turns. I honestly didn't think anything of it and probably was wouldn't have even posted. But a foam part of the handlebar came off and the company claims to offer "free insurance" and now wants to charge us to replace it because it's not a part of what's "covered."

Absolute Garbage.

The stroller they gave us was broken, which we only discovered once we got to the theme park parking lot. There is no phone number to reach them so they required a text message and email. The response times were so slow that we wasted hours trying to coordinate with them, and they didn’t have any extras to loan us. They said they would reimburse us if we rented a crappy park stroller, but then they stopped responding and never reimbursed us for the broken stroller (which they did pick up at the specified date/time) or the park rental. They have not responded to any of our emails/texts since the incident and have taken zero responsibility for ruining our vacation with their unreliability and horrible service. Save yourself the stress and go with a reputable company that actually is accountable.
