From the response to the first email I sent requesting a quote, to the driver, Jim, taking us to and from our destination, everything was great!! I had payment reminders, prompt answers to my questions and a smooth stress-free ride on a very comfortable bus driven by Jim. Who had to back the bus up due to vehicles unattended in the way. He did so expertly!

Steven was fantastic, amazing driving and very focused. We loved and appreciated Steven.

The driver was amazing. Although the itinerary we requested was not communicated with the driver, she accommodated our needs without issue. The driver arrived early and was flexible when advised the departure time was set for 5.30pm. Would highly recommend this driver for future trips.

Great service- last minute booking too!

We booked this trip last minute due to a number of factors, including 36 inches of snow! The experience was a very smooth process. We arrived on time to New York, the bus was very nice and so was the driver. I would 100% use Nationwide again. (This was a day trip to a conference for college students.)

The bus itself was clean. The driver was calm, helpful, and very go with the flow. It was an overall positive experience on my end. Two concerning items were the tire pressure light and check engine light were on for the entire trip (over 180 miles).

This was our second trip with Nationwide and it was great! Nicholas made the whole booking process super easy!!
