Great customer service!
Unfortunately, it seems my parcel got lost/stolen in the post. However, Street Casuals have been really helpful and willing to sort the problem for me. My boyfriend uses them regularly and has never had any complaints. I will use them again in the future even after the lost/stolen parcel.
Basically, this company has great customer service and I would recommend them.

Great products great service
Ordered a bag from the sale. Great bargain super fast processing of my order and speedy delivery. There was even a hand written note on my receipt from Ollie saying enjoy your purchase. Great company would buy from them again.

Strange Sizing
Ordered a shirt labelled as 'L'. Product arrived as described. Shirt comes up fairly short, it does fit, and is suitable for the purpose I bought it and therefore not worth the hassle of trying to send back, however be very cautious of sizing.

couldn't ask for more!
was price checking some shoes I wanted, found them in the sale on here for the cheapest price around by far, not only that but I got free delivery which I find you often don't get with sale items. received the shoes within 36 working hours :)

Deliver what they promise
I ordered a pair of trainers and got them £20 cheaper than in a shop in Oxford Circus where I first saw them 2 weeks ago. What more can you ask for?

they were reliable and hands on.
At first I wasn't too sure if my transaction went through because it was my first time ordering something from the UK. So I emailed them to tell them about my concerns and they responded in less than a day to reassure me everything was fine and gave me the tracking information so I could see for myself. And it only took a week to reach here.
