streetcasuals Omdömen

I placed an order with streetcasuals' associated company, Sick Garms, mid-February and requested a status update on my order both by their contact email and Facebook page (as instructed in my invoice email) some three weeks later. I never received an answer, which was worrying, but I did receive my order in the mail a few days later.

Bargain price on a sale item, delivered next working day. Was a test purchase will be putting a bigger order in soon.

Smelly old pair of running kit left in this 'new' bag.Complained online and customer service was really unapologetic and rude. This bag was clearly not checked for signs of wear and tear!

Brilliant service, polite helpful staff who really push the boat out to guarantee customer satisfaction! 5*

Great service kept me informed on the details of my delivery 👍

Very happy with every order I've recieved. It always comes on time and packed neatly. Whenever I called with a query the staff have a quick response and very helpful.
I will order again! Only thing I will say is open in London!!!!

Great product, great service. No need to say anymore. Thanks.

My order came the day it was supposed to, on my invoice I got a personal message that says to me the people working there actually care about the customers and I would definately be ordering from there again. Along with my order I got a 15% voucher for the next time I order from them.

5-5 customer service

Love item,nicely packaged,delivered very quick,great company

fab stuff , really good value, prompt service and reliable

Placed an order, it was dispatched on the same day and came two days after as expected. Would definitely buy from here again.

Couldn't input the voucher codes for some reason to get a discount (might have been because the item was already on sale?!) but apart from that the item arrived within two days of ordering! very pleased with that time frame.

Freshest K-rep on road.

I ordered a poler stuff bag on the Friday, it came by Tuesday. Quick, friendly; will definitely be using again.

Service was quick and good and felt like it had a personal touch ,No trouble with the product . Will be ordering again soon

Worth looking at their ever changing stock. Have bought several items and all are hard wearing and reasonably priced. Plus fast and friendly service!

Lovely website and easy purchase. Trainers were delivered very quickly and well packed. I love my new trainers!

Bought some Saucony Shadow 6000s at a great price. Can't fault the service, i'd never heard of Street Casuals before but will deffo use again. Thanks.

The service from streetcasuals was very easy and efficient. They had a good deal on the bag I wanted and delivery was very prompt. The bag I got is fantastic and there was a personal message on the delivery note from them which I felt was a really nice touch. I will definitely be buying products from them again and pleased I stumbled across them when searching on the internet.

Got a bargain from the sale.. ordered very easily and received very quickly. Cant fault at all
