I loved the courses: great instructors and very good course materials.
We had some issues getting in the building (locked doors), mis-printed course materials (CSPO), late meals.
Overall, however, I would not hesitate to use Strategism again.

Tamara, is an excellent coach and facilitator. She is passionate about Agile and is it's champion. So, she drove home the points very clear coupled with team play etc. Overall excellent.
The facility in San Jose (N. 1st St.) was also excellent but the study material (printed) was not in order (not a major show stopper).

I recently completed the Certified Scrum Master Workshop given by Steve Spearman. It provided me a thorough and easily understandable learning experience in preparing for the Certified Scrum Master test. I found the exercises, group interaction, videos and lectures to be exactly what I was looking for. Immediately after completing the class, I took the and passed the exam with relative ease. The facilities, food and our logistics coordinator Tabetha Hanson really enhanced the experience. My thanks for both Steve and Tabetha for making this a very positive experience!

Very good class, thorough, practical and great training.

We had a lot of issues on the training infrastructure and the worst part is no one seems to care, no follow ups .

I've been doing SCRUM off and on since 2008 so I knew a few things going in.

Useful topics included Velocity and estimates and various problems SCRUM Masters run into.

What was lacking was some insight into how Company Culture plays a huge role. SCRUM Masters are never seen as "Managers" unless they are Managers. When people want you to work on something and you say the Sprint comes first, they will go above you. Management NEEDS to support SCRUM.

Dr Sam was Disorganized and couldn't control the room. Very hard to concentrate. Lunch arrived at 2pm on Sat. Breakfast came at 945 on Sunday but Dr Sam did t allow us 5o eat until 1030. At 10:20 students got up and got food the,selves while Sam just kept talking. There were too many side discussions that made it hard to hear and concentrate. Dr Sam engaged in the same 4-5 individuals who always talk about personal experiences and wasted a lot of time. As a result lunch was only 20 mins. I will not attend or recommend Strategism.

This was perfect, from end to end! Passed the exam at 34/35!!!

Strategism Technology has very flexible schedule.
Their weekend courses are very convenient.
Also the price is good, especially if you purchase two courses or enroll 2 people.
The support staff is very polite.
Dr Sam has great personality.

The CSM training provided was most useful. I would highly recommed this.

His lesson plan is clear and concise, Dr. Sam has a 3 week plan to get you ready for the PMP exam. Provided you are committed to the task and you will need to study on your own!

Sessions are done with examples, helping us to learn things effectively.
