The look and functionality of the strap was good. Unfortunately, it was defective. I contacted their customer services, spoke to a lady called Laura who was very helpful and sent me out a replacement strap. Hopefully this strap will last a little bit longer.

Wrong size strap sent, replacement sent however still wrong size, now not answering emails so can return it again. Bad customer services, won’t be ordering again.

The straps are good and I’m a long time user.

I’ve had one strap fail (the connector split) but that was after two years.

Replacement delivery took a while.

After being given a credit note and then buying two more straps the quality was poor:

1: Elastic band strap has lost its elasticity
2: Metal strap easily scrapped and loosing colour

Perfect everything! customer service, product quality, price, fast shipping. Everything is a plus with this company 100% recommend. if you are unsure maks sure to size down :)

Overpriced with poor customer service. The strap took 3 weeks to arrive, not as advertised, and my emails were only answered after the strap got to me.
The strap itself is very average and I was certainly expecting better quality for the price.

I still haven’t received my strap!!! I’ve emailed and had a random email here and there. They got my address wrong and despite me emailing again and again my correct address I’ve still haven’t had my strap!!!!!

Nice product but poor customer service. I needed to change the size and it took forever to acknowledge the return and supply the replacement

The strap is great and looks good with the watch

Terrible customer service, I ordered a watch strap received it didn’t even take it out of the box I didn’t like how thin it looked so I got in touch with them they told me to send back recorded delivery which I did the day I received the strap and since they received it back no communication and my emails have been ignored for my refund that has not been given back to me. I would never buy from these again they take your money with no refunds after they told me I could have my refund in an email.

I purchased a blue strap for my Ultra 2 Apple Watch and it took a couple of weeks to arrive . On arrival i thought it was decent quality and ok . Awhile later i ordered an orange one , This however took over a month to arrive 😡 . I contacted them to see where it was and they apologised saying it was out of stock . I was offered a free strap so I chose two different ones which apparently were out of stock . I asked for a refund but then a few days later the orange strap arrived . On opening I found it was a way more inferior product than the blue one, Looks cheap and I’m very disappointed with it . Won’t be ordering again!!! . Give two stars because the blue one was decent.

Great quality strap and good communication from the company to advise of a short delay

Shocking service. No one contatcts you for weeks. Still haven't got my strap. Only realised after, that you can get the strap much cheaper on other sites. Given a tracking no for shipment, no tracking data available and still hasnt arrived. Do not buy from this company, look around and you will get it cheaper, and actually get the product.

I was expecting a 2 day delivery. After 10 days I queried delivery times and was told it's a "pre-order" so typically 9 days delivery (no mention of that before). After almost a month, what eventually turned up was cheap Chinese rubbish that I could have bought on Ali Express for under £2 with 10 day delivery. Rip off.

Ordered a white charger 27th February
A black one was delivered
I’m still waiting now 4th April for the right one to be delivered
UPDATE
Finally 19th April I have finally got the right one
And they have said I can keep the black one !
