Exceptional service. Placed my order and received an email to confirm the details. Later the same day I had another email to let me know my order had been shipped together with a Royal Mail tracking number. Parcel was delivered the following morning at 8-30am less than 24hours after placing my order. Very happy customer.

I ordered beautiful clogau gold ring on a Sunday, it was delivered following Wednesday, arrived in clogau gold box which was well wrapped, I will definitely be purchasing from Strange Jewellers in future, I would highly recommend if your thinking about it do it , their brilliant.

Got my ears pierced today by Marilyn. Amazing experience - there was a great selection of earrings to choose from too. She was really knowledgeable and did a great job. The whole process was so simple and pain free. Highly recommend.

Great service came on time and well packaged

I ordered from Strange the Jewellers on a Saturday and it was delivered the following Monday. The earrings were beautifully wrapped and the package contained a thank you card and some Love Hearts sweets. Exceptional service! I highly recommend Strange and would definitely order from them again.

Took my daughter to have her ears pierced and it was a fantastic experience. They have a private ear piercing salon upstairs so there wasn't loads of people watching, like you have in other shops. We were told how the piercing would work, everything was done so hygienically and carefully. There was a great selection of earrings to choose from for piercing, my daughter was super excited to be able to get pink sparkly earrings! She even got a certificate which was lovely. I ended up getting a second piercing for me as well at the same time. We got clear instructions and sone cleaning solution for the aftercare and to top it off we left with a 20% off voucher for our next earrings and some sweets too 😂 Fantastic experience for children and adults alike. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

I stumbled across Strange The Jewellers while looking for silver cartilage earrings and it was the only website that had exactly what I was looking for ! I was hugely impressed by the large range of cartilage jewellery but even more so by the next day delivery given how close to christmas I ordered the products !

Gift was received with gift bag and info within 3 days of ordering. Item was a clogau ring ..identical to picture on line and better than expected for the reduced price paid. Plus added bonus a thank you card and 2 packets of sweets!

I have just had my ears pierced by Lizzie. Her advice and professional manner was exceptional. She recommended ear cuffs in place of a cartilage piercing. I was nervous about trying this type of piercing but now have a brilliant alternative. Thanks Lizzie - I shall be buying more cuffs!!

Great place for ear piercing in Wokingham. The procedure is carried out in a lovely private room and is completely painless.
