Balloons deflating after not even 24…
Balloons deflating after not even 24 hours! Costs a fortune for such a small amount of balloon and then 5 pound on top 30 quid for 2 foot ballon and not even helium.
I've always used u but 30 quid for this shit nah u have ripped me off!

I'm very sorry you're unhappy with your balloons, why didn't you let me know if one was deflating? You know we would have come out and fixed it for you. It's unusual but occasionally balloons do have faults in them & we're always happy to switch them out of displays.
I'm confused, you picked & ordered the displays through our website & picked the 'Two Number Mini Balloon Columns'. This isn't helium filled and as the title suggests, they are mini columns, designed for a table. The cost was £24.99 for 2 mini columns, £12.50 per mini column, and then £5 delivery. We do offer the larger columns & they are also on our website but they cost a little more.

Excellent service
Excellent service, I had forgot to sort some balloons for my daughters 10th birthday, I called the shop at 12:00 but they had just closed. This was not a problem for them though, they sorted the balloons same day and delivered them to my house a few hours later. Really appreciate the effort they went too, 👌

Great customer service
Great customer service, response and ensured my item arrived in time for my son's party. I ordered Adult's Captain America Deluxe Endgame Costume in XL, I'm 6ft 2in, normal build and it fit well, probably up to 6ft 3.
