Cannot rate Straight Teeth Direct enough, absolutely brilliant! I was sceptical at first but was reassured by their thoroughness, communication (you always get a response to any query) and not least the aligners themselves. In just a few months my smile has been transformed and I finally have the teeth I’ve always wanted. Even my dentist is impressed! Thank you STD!!

What can I say, my journey has been longer and probably more complicated than most, touching 3 years now. I’ve had a fair amount of issues with a particular front tooth, but managed to get a really good outcome using STD. They have Been so approachable, professional and helpful! It’s rare to find a company like this that’s so customer focused and set on achieving great results for people.

I have been a loyal customer of Straight Teeth Direct for many years. I completed my treatment almost two years ago and shortly thereafter, I had the opportunity to join their maintenance plan, which I highly recommend. According to the plan, I am advised to use the retainer three times a week, but I find myself using it most days. After investing so much time and effort into achieving perfectly straight teeth, I see no reason to let them revert back to their previous state.

The team at Straight Teeth Direct has been consistently responsive, often providing assistance within hours, particularly after I finished my treatment. Their dedicated team is always available to address any inquiries or concerns I may have. Recently, I reached out to obtain new retainers, and I must say, the level of service I received was unparalleled. I have yet to encounter such exceptional service elsewhere.

Lastly, I would like to express my personal opinion. When I visited my dentist, they offered me a metal retainer. However, in person, they advised against it due to the inconvenience of keeping it clean and the need to avoid certain foods. I understand that everyone's experience may differ, but after months of research prior to signing up, I can confidently say that choosing Straight Teeth Direct has brought me immense happiness. I will continue to smile brightly, thanks to Straight Teeth Direct.

I signed up to straight teeth direct to get my teeth straightened as its in the name, instead of paying £3000 at my local cosmetic dentistry I decided to go with STD at £1600. The braces always been delivered on time and STD are great at monitoring the progress but at the end of the treatment, my bottom teeth are still crooked. I've messaged STD stating that I'm not impressed that my bottom teeth crooked and need longer treatment to set them straight.

In the end they replied back to me saying that I would have needed to have wired fixed braces as my teeth would be (on the cliff edge) if they continued the invisible braces treatment. Why was I not informed this right at the very start?

STD also messaged me saying that its an "improve smile" treatment and not a fully "Fixed your teeth straight" treatment.

I felt misguided and cheated

After a year, I can finally afford to go back to my local cosmetic dentistry to fixed my crooked teeth as STD failed to do so.

Overall an acceptable service for the price offered. However, the customer service is poor when it comes to answering targeted questions on specific patient cases or specific requests - you'll always get quick automated answers with zero specific info about your questions. No real human interaction can be a real problem. Especially bad for me is their delivery timeline. If you break one of your very delicate aligners or a retainer you have to consider a minimum of 3 weeks minimum to have it delivered, plus the extra time of weekends or to sign papers legal papers they send you. This is exactly because in 3 weeks time while not wearing an aligner/retainer your teeth might move and you might consequentially experience fitting problems. I find this quite unacceptable, as the 3D printing should be quite quick. This would be the main reason why I wouldn't re-use Street Teeth Direct.

I have been thinking about getting g aligners for a while and I had a fixed retainer on my bottom teeth from previous braces.

straight teeth direct gave created my 3D outcome and explained what I needed to do to get the fixed retainer removed and the. Receive a customised impressions kit to then do again, I had a lot of questions regarding this and they were super helpful and quick to respond!

I have had my aligners on since March time and on my 4th set and they are great quality and we’re easy to fit not as uncomfortable initially as I thought!!
They do advise as well, if you need check ups or dental treatment to do so beforehand which I did and I’ve had no problems!

My teeth have straightened so much so far I’m beyond happy & the customer service and professionalism from the company is second to none.

Also I’m comparison with other aligner companies the price alot cheaper and I used one of their payment plans through a company Humm which initially I was worried about but it’s been smooth sailing - overall excellent value for money if you want to straighten your teeth & be fully supported along the way.

Hands on heart all I can say is wow I couldn't smoke for 34 years of my life and these retainers do actually work alot of people have noticed the difference I can now smile for a change thanks guys

Very satisfied with my results. I absolutely recommend. Flat rate, no hidden fees and excellent service. They are quick to reply to any question you have in the process and the follow up process is well established.
The treatment itself can be painful the first days and when you change your aligners. This is not magic, it does require you to be committed and follow the instructions but if you stick to it, you will be very satisfied with the results.
I personally love my new smile and get many compliments.

Absolute scam! The treatment was supposed to last for 8 months, but it ended up being over a year, and at no point did they ever warn me that it would be longer.
The worst is that the treatment actually worsened my teeth. I had an underbite on one side and overbite on the other side (you can clearly see that my bottom teeth are covering my upper arch). I complained and they said it would fix over time… LOL.

Le rapport qualité prix de STD est exceptionnel! J'avais beaucoup d'appréhension par rapport au fait que ça soit une entreprise 100% en ligne, mais tout est parfaitement organisé et clair, les réponses sont rapides et toujours adaptées à nos besoins.
A la fin de mon traitement, il restait des petits écarts que j'ai préféré combler et STD m'a proposé 3 aligneurs complémentaires sans frais supplémentaires.
Je suis absolument ravie du résultat obtenu en 1 an de traitement!

I’m 85 per cent through the process , and I’m absolutely thrilled. I hated my teeth, and never smiled on photographs properly as a result. I now have normal looking teeth for the first time in my adult life!!
Everything about my experience has been great. The regular updates on progress, the easy to use aligners , it’s been no hassle at all. It will be under 12 months that it’s taken , which is staggering. I can’t recommend this enough !!

Everything was so easy from the start. They were always prompt with replies and very professional. I felt completely at ease throughout the process. I’m so happy I have straight teeth (again). I had braces as a teenager and then didn’t wear the retainers so my teeth moved. This was an affordable way to get my teeth back to the way they were.

Ce sont des voleurs et des arnaqueurs. Ils prétendent pouvoir aligner vos dents même quand c'est un cas complexe mais c'est faux. Il n'y a aucune garantie et quand ça ne fonctionne pas il n'y a aucun remboursement (contrairement à ce qu'ils disent) en plus ils vous harcèlent en demandant de supprimer les mauvais commentaires sur leur compagnie. Pour ma part, leur traitement sans surveillance m'a valu de multiplie début de dechaussement dentaire ! TRAITEMENT DANGEREUX À ÉVITER. Dites vous que s'il n'y a pas de rdv avec une vrai personne c'est à éviter ! Allez voir un vrai orthodontiste

I’ve just finished my treatment with STD and overall I’m happy with the results. I can’t fault the results, they are almost exactly as they predicted. Which I’m happy with! I also really liked the app and the speed on response from the team at STD. They were always super quick to reply to questions or feedback, and you can easily track past conversations from the different stages of your treatment.

My issue though, it just with the time my treatment took to complete. It was predicted as 9months (which was already longer than other companies), but in the end I’m closer to 14 months which for me is a big difference. You get used to the aligners but at the end of the day they are annoying, and you want to get through the treatment as quick as possible. I understand that teeth move differently, and they explained this at the start but it felt slow with trays being changed every 2 weeks (vs 1 elsewhere), and then the added time for ‘refinements’ to get me to the end results. I also had a go back and forth with the STD team for a month to argue that my upper teeth needed more movement – which they eventually agreed with after doing another 3D scan. this also added on time.

Having spoken to other people who either went with Invisalign or another online competitor, they completed theirs in half my time of mine, if not quicker. Caveat: I’m not a dentist, but my assumptions is I could have completed the treatment quicker elsewhere and received the same results.

In summary: I’m satisfied with the results, It just took longer than planned and in hindsight I probably should have gone with a different company to achieve the results quicker.
