Worst shipping company ever do not use
Do not use this company to ship any of your products. You will only end up with unhappy.Unsatisfied customers who never received their package.Because they do not deliver, nor do the attempt to re deliver. They just ship your item back with no apologies.Accused, it is fault of our own. Customer service had nothing to say no manager to send my call to or my complaint to. Do not use this company. Should have stuck to canada post.At least they can deliver a package.

Delivered to wrong townhouse. Not sure how they can deliver to #6 when it was supposed to go to #10 . The address number was clearly marked on the package. The townhouse numbers are clearly displayed and easy to see . No excuse . Just didn’t care.

Non-existent customer service appears intentional
Similar to other reviewers, I'd also give Straightship zero stars if I could. For two days, I tried countless times requesting a correction to my delivery address via their web form that supposedly was specifically designed for this purpose, yet the form never worked. When it became clear that the form wasn't getting fix anytime soon, I sent my request instead by email to the email address posted on their website, which then promptly got returned as undeliverable. Looking at the tracking details on my sender's website, I finally found another email address for them that actually worked. So, I resent my request to that address instead...note this was still 9-10 days prior to the estimated delivery date. Straightship customer service responded the next day that they were pleased to inform me that the delivery address had been updated successfully. So, here I thought my luck had finally changed. Imagine my surprise when 5 days later I noticed via the tracking updates that the shipment apparently was still being routed to the wrong address. I followed up by email again and they responded 2 days later that they were looking into it and getting the error sorted. Two days after that, the tracking updates changed again to this time show that the package was now being returned to the merchant as undeliverable. Following up by email a third time, their response was now simply to restate the same as the tracking update, that the shipment was being returned as undeliverable. No explanation or mention about them at any point even making any attempt to fix the delivery address, nor any acknowledgement or apology whatsoever that this was all due to their own mistake. At first, I was just totally stunned, thinking of this just being a demonstration of complete incompetence. Looking at the full picture again though, I'm now convinced that it's actually by design that both the web form and the contact address on their website are out of service. They are just for show, to keep up appearances, when in actuality they have no intention of providing any customer service whatsoever because it's cheaper that way.
Colis non reçu malgré un avis de livraison
J'ai reçu un avis de livraison de mon colis mais je ne l'ai jamais reçu. Je leur ai envoyé un message leur demandant de me faire un suivi et j'ai jamais reçu de réponse de leur part. Compagnie vraiment pas fiable!!!!!! Je n'ai aucune idée où a été livré mon colis et malheureusement il semble qu'il a été laissé chez une personne malhonnête qui l'a gardé pour elle!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Left specific instructions when ordering to deliver between 9:30AM-5PM. Attempted to deliver at 9PM. Was told to email them to make arrangements. Nobody ever responded. When I call the customer service line, it says to hold for a representative, then hangs up on me.
Terrible experience. Would never use again
Unable to deliver my package to my work address as they don't show up until 9pm (long after the business is closed for the day). Changed the delivery to my house address. Shows up (apparently at 11:30 am) but doesnt leave the package in the box marked deliveries or bother to call the number that I have provided each of the 4 times I have called to ask where the package is. Customer service is non-existent and doesn't care that your have not received the package.

Firstly delivering to the wrong address and then when I asked them to change the address the customer care executive has no patience to listen.
What kind of service is this?
You guys need to put a lot of effort to bring this situation and customer complaints into consideration and fixing them in whatever way.

I have had no problem with my Temu orders when Straighship is used. I love that my orders always come ahead of the dates suggested by Temu.

Delivered my order to wrong house, I made a complaint and they said:
Thanks for sending us an email. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Rest assured that we will file a report and forward it to our backend dept for further investigation.
Once we receive an update, we will get in touch with you.
Nothing in 2 weeks so I contacted again but I got same response.

Still no parcel!
Received notification through Temu that my package was out for delivery by 9pm. The next day a message about an address issue (cannot be found). I called them and they said it was already straightened out and would be delivered by that evening. Still no package. A few days later another address issue, called again and was asked to confirm my address which did indeed the address they had. Was told it would be sent out from the depot later that day. No update for days. Called again today and was told it would be sent out when they could get a hold of the driver. Now the last update from the 24th has been deleted and it once again reads address issue. I live on a main road, in a single dwelling house with the house number clearly displayed. Also, when I called I was promptly hung up on several times until I called from my work number. Crossing my fingers but not hopeful I’ll actually see my parcel.

I have been getting the run-around with this delivery company. My apartment has no buzzer and drivers are unable to call my cell phone. There is no real place that I can pick-up my package. Temu needs to stop using this company. I was on hold for more than 1 hour only for the number say that the operator's voicemail is full.
Straightship bad delivery service
This delivery service is garbage, should be investigated by BBB. I had parcels sent back to supplier because their drivers don't know how to use a phone or read. I contacted their customer service and they are very rude and do not want or care about your situation. Very bad Delivery couriers and should avoid at all costs.

Absolutely unacceptable service. Customer service agents merely repeat the information available on the Straightship tracking page—something I can check myself. That is not customer support, that is just reading off a screen.
I specifically requested that the agent call the recipient, yet this never happened. Meanwhile, my package has been rerouted four times in a single week, bouncing between the delivery address and the Straightship station with no resolution.
This level of incompetence is beyond frustrating. How does this even qualify as a delivery service?
