A very Big thankyou to the Manager John at the Lichfield shop. We received outstanding service from him when we went to purchase a power chair for my husband. John was so caring, kind and patient. He went above and beyond to provide the expertise, time and such caring ways to make sure my husband was happy with his chair.
Also a very big thank you to Lawrence who delivered the power chair. Lawrence also showed exactly the same level of care, patience and time to us. He also went above and beyond.
Nothing was too much trouble for both John and Lawrence to which we are both so very grateful.
We highly recommend the Lichfield shop.

The showroom experience was good.
We had to chase the shop for delivery updates. Delivery was achieved in about two weeks.
On the delivery day Lawrence and Macauley could do no more. Really helpful and professional in every way.

Just had my Vala power chair arrive. Lawrence Weaver took me though all the things I needed to know about the chair and is safe handing, a polite well informed professional young man.a credit to his company.

Very good service from Ross todayshop was busy bit he was cool and calm the while time. Explained all the chairs I was looking at. Took time to get paperwork right even though there were lots to do. Would recommend only slight fault with shop parking us not good.

Lawrence delivery man very helpful and friendly explained everything thoroughly and was very lovely with my 94year old mother in law.

Purchased my scooter from these guys ever so quick customer service fab. Any queries I have had has been delt with by the staff. Delivery service was good they talked me through how to work it as sooo many buttons for this and that.

L found Jessie to be very helpful with answers to my quieries, as she sent photos as well as emails and phone calls to make her answers as clear as possible to me.nothing was to much trouble for her.

Absolutely awful experience with this mobility scooter company. The first scooter broke down and had to be replaced, only for the replacement scooter to start constantly breaking down as well. My dad was left stranded when it stopped working while he was out, and because of his mobility issues he physically could not pull it back himself. It was stressful, upsetting, and completely unacceptable.
Customer service has been no help whatsoever. Instead of taking responsibility for supplying faulty products, they just try to charge more money. We were told we would have to pay a pickup and delivery fee, plus £70 per hour for repairs, on top of paying for any parts needed. After already dealing with repeated breakdowns, this is disgraceful.
They also advertise the scooters as having a long battery life, but in reality it only lasts around an hour before needing charging. Completely misleading.
To make matters worse, when I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there was “no point” because she would only tell me the same thing anyway. That response alone shows exactly how little they care about customers or resolving issues properly.
The worst part is how they treat customers once they’ve made a sale. Before ordering, they are responsive and helpful, but once the scooter is delivered they don’t want to know. Messages get ignored and support disappears completely. Then they still have the cheek to say “reach out if you need anything in future” despite refusing to properly help when problems happen.
I would never recommend this company to anyone, especially people who rely on mobility equipment daily. Faulty products, poor customer service, misleading claims, and constant extra charges — avoid at all costs.

Jessie was great I emailed about my keys that I lost for my scooter & she got straight back to me & when I phoned her back it took her 10 minutes to sort out my keys for my scooter! I receive them in the post! Great service

I’ve had two products from Easy Living and the staff are friendly, helpful and will talk through everything as much as you need them to. They are patient and kind which is a godsend when purchasing expensive products and when feeling vulnerable.
They also try to find the best product even if it’s cheaper than another. Christian and Nathan were especially helpful and kind.

I have made a purchase of a mobility scooter online with the help of Christian who was very helpful and endeavoured to make sure that the scooter would meet all my requirements. A good experience all round.

Visited store in Lichfield Monday 30th march when we stopped there for a couple of hours. Needed a walker for an elderly lady on a coach trip with me to alveston hall. John the branch manager was extremely helpful. I didn't want a new one as the lady only wanted it for 5 days whist on holiday as she had one at home which she hadn't brought on the coach. After discussing several options which were not possible, John went out the back found a second hand one which was just right; he wouldn't accept any money for it (as they only normally deal in new ones), even though I tried very hard to give him some.
The lady was chuffed to bits when I gave it to her.
Johns action really saved the day and enabled the lady to get around and enjoy her holiday that much more, going out on a couple of trips that she wouldn't have done otherwise.
With that kind of service I am sure all our passengers would use this store if we were local to that area

An extremely informative and professional service from Nathan.Very knowledgeable regarding all their mobility products.Based on his knowledge we purchased an iglide iM4,and couldn’t be more pleased.
Anyone thinking of purchasing mobility aids won’t go far wrong in visiting this new store.

Very good customer service. Alice was very helpful and advised me on how to solve my problem.

Alice managed my battery and charger that I returned as faulty after charging it and smoke came out of it! I received a call from Alice advising the outcome of their engineers investigation. Her explanation clarified that the battery was fine but I had accidentally damaged it and shorted the battery terminal. The customer service side was great. I needed a new battery and charger. This was offered to with a huge discount and will be delivered to me within a couple of days. Definitely a 10 from me for both Alice and the company
