Storage space restricted by structural beam
The staff were very helpful. However the storage unit has a vertical steel beam running through it which reduces the available space and makes packing around it difficult. So the usable space is less than the 4x3m advertised. This should have been made clear up front.

I have been really happy with the service so far. We needed to change units as we needed more space, and everything went very smoothly. I also have a separate sp as CE for work related goods, and fully appreciate the services provided at the facility.
