Rob and Karin, the staff at Storage King Alexandria, could not have been more helpful and friendly. Made the whole process of selecting storage rooms and moving so much easier than it could have benn.

They are such a pleasure to work with and certainly took a lot of the stress of the moving process away. From my first call to the office nothing was a trouble and I immediately knew I was in excellent hands.

Excellent service and assistance
From the moment I entered the office of Storage King Alexandria, the service I received was excellent. They sought to understand my storage needs in a friendly, welcoming manner.
When I subsequently arrived with my first load of goods to store, I was assisted in unloading from my vehicle onto a trolley, then accompanied to my storage unit and helping me to unload. I do not expect to receive this level of assistance in the future but really appreciated it while I "learned the ropes" at the facility.
