Best Storage Kings Around
I originally looked into hiring a locker at Storage Kings Darra. I felt I was taken advantage of because I was female and a first timer. The worker (who I wont name) tried telling me the size I quoted online wouldn't be the price I'll be paying. The locker I wanted for the discounted price wasn't the size I was getting. Just the way he handled the whole experience and was trying to rip me off I diffinantly wasn't going to hire a locker, so I walked out after him yelling at me "you want find anywhere cheaper", I yelled back "WATCH ME". I drove straight to Storage Kings Acacia Ridge. 100% excellent customer service. I didn't fell like I was getting taken advantage of and the pricing was genuine. What I originally got quoted online (size and price) from Darra was exactly what I got from Acacia Ridge . It was nice to know the pricing was true and wasn't made up on the spot. The unit and area was clean and we'll designed. Easy to move in and out. Lisa was professional and amazing at her job. Lisa made the whole transaction easy within 20mins I moved in. I would highly recommend Acacia Ridge to my friends and family.

Exceptional service!
The staff are very friendly and helpful, they helped me find exactly what I needed, they're well priced and they even gave me a truck to borrow to get my belongings to the facility, all that was needed was the fuel to be topped up! 🙂
