Worth it!!
I brought my bed here 2 years ago and I dealt with Paul and Shane. Both offer excellent customer service. From purchasing to delivery to assembly was all seamless. I even called recently to ask how to dismantle the bed as we are moving, and Shane quickly sent over a step by step video on how to do it. Cannot recommend them enough, not to mention our bed frame is stunning and holds loads of storage!

Have to say Shane the salesman in Ballyfermot went above and beyond for me and the wife on our first visit to smart storage beds ,we were just in for a look but his honesty and knowledge of the beds and mattress's won us over and we love the king size ottoman he sold us and to be honest it was great value compared to other bed stores ,Shane even whats apped us a day before delivery and even sent us a video on how to put the ottoman together ! Once again thanks so much Shane and we will definitely be back to smart storage beds Ballyfermot 👍😊

Great bed store
Browsed their website and seen their beautiful beds they had. Arrived here to the Omni Store last week and browsed around with my husband.
We were then approached by Alan. He had shown us a selection of the beds they had on display.
Alan had great knowledge of everything and any questions we had, he had answered everything. We chose the Roma Ottoman bed in the end.
Hands down the best customer service we have ever experienced and overall very happy with the quality of the bed also.
Thanks again to Alan and his sales team.
Delivery team could do a little more precise when they are assembling bed.

Great quality, good prices and service
I've bought beds from Smart Storage Beds in Ballyfermot a few times now. The beds are great quality and show little wear after years of use. The lift systems and build quality on the ottoman beds is some of the best I've seen. Shane has looked after me as well and been bang on with dates and followed up on deliveries. Thanks 👍

Highly recommended 👌 from start to finish delt with ger in purchasing our ottoman bed and was extremely helpful and lovely lady to deal with. Efficient and Quick Installation
Daniel and Darren called half an hour before arriving, and arrived on the given time. They were very efficient and quick in the delivery and installation, also ensured detailed instructions and care to take after the installation of the storage bed. Highly recommend !

I would highly recommend Storage Beds
I would highly recommend Storage Beds, Ballyfermot. I dealt with Paul when purchasing my bed and he was great! So helpful and a great sales man! I was delayed in moving into my apartment, and they were very understanding of this delay and held the bed for me. The customer service via the Instagram page was excellent. The fellas that delivered the bed arrived on time and were nice and friendly, as was the man that built the bed for me too!

Delighted with our new bed
Ger was super helpful. She helped us choosing the bed and explained about delivery times. Our bed was in stock and we had it at home in less than 48 hours. They took our old bed and set up the new one in no time. Hassle free!!!!
